“I took my cat to see Kevan for a second opinion regarding my older cat, he was amazing, he explained everything very clearly and reviewed Ollie within a month of his initial consultation. Kevan is definitely a cat person, he did not charge for the follow up appointment and his bedside manner was excellent. I really would recommend using this vet.”

“It's the first time I have been to the Milestone. I went with my sister and her husband. I must say we throughly enjoyed ourselves. The service, food and atmosphere was great. The food is reasonably priced but good quality. I had fish and chips. Probably the best I have had for a very long time. If you're close by try it.”

“We Love Grooming is a little gem! John did a fabulous job grooming Oscar, who came out looking and smelling like a new dog, and the price was very reasonable given the length of the appointment and quality of the cut. We were both very impressed and will definitely be back.”

“Pippa was great with our two from the moment we booked. Little walks, daycare, and single night stop over to help get to know each other. Then, when the stay came, a good amount of feedback, photos and videos let us know they were enjoying being with her and the other dogs she cared for. Definitely hope to use again next year.”

“Such a great service I love that it is easy to book walks and they are very flexible which is perfect for shift workers. They have a back up walker if your walker is off for any reason so your dog doesn't go without a walk. My dog loves his walks with his walker Kathryn and I look forward to seeing the photos they post afterwards.”

From the moment we walked in, Adnan noticed my grandmother was having difficulty moving around and immediately offered his assistance. He was kind, respectful, and incredibly patient, helping her navigate the aisles, reach items on higher shelves, and even carried her basket when it became too heavy. His friendly attitude and thoughtful gestures made a big difference, turning what could have been a stressful experience into an enjoyable one. It’s rare to come across such genuine care and professionalism. Adnan is a true credit to the Home Bargains team, and I hope his kindness and outstanding service are recognised. “Amy is our usual groomer for our terrier mix breed, she is fantastic with him, bonus that he even lets her clean his teeth (we wouldnt stand a chance) and she knows that he doesnt tolerate his front legs being shaved so she hand cuts them for him. All the staff are amazing, polite and happy to answer any questions you have. They even make sure that our doggo has the groom room to himself due to him being dog reactive. He always comes out with a happy tail after his groom looking and smelling fresh. 10/10 recommend for anyones dogs grooming needs!”

“Lovely couple running the B & B, very warm and welcoming. We had a dog with us, the owners had done their work before hand and knew the dog before we arrived. Beds are warm and comfortable, and free wifi was good too. We will be using them again. Thank you for lovely stay.”

“The hotel and staff were awesome, and the room was spotless, plus the hallway smelled amazing. But, I was bummed that the pool and gym were closed until noon, which was when I had to check out, even though I thought they'd be open. Also, the outlet in my room, 131, didn't work, and some of the furniture needs to be replaced because it's getting old.”

“Location was perfect, 5 mins drive from Hudderfield Private Hospital. Hotel and room very clean and well equipped. The staff, especially Maggie and Sarah were delightful. Very friendly and professional. We had received some unsettling news and needed to get off some urgent emails. They assisted and were extremely helpful and empathetic. Housekeeping were ace too and slipped a courtesy note under our door, would we like our room xleaned, we had forfotten to pop the Do not disturb sign on the door. Ibraham was in attendance behind the bar and he too was a joy. We are returning to the area in the very near future and without doubt this is where we will choose to stay. Entirely exceeded our expectations.”

“Really good supermarket. The atmosphere is relaxed, perfect for shopping. It's clean and has bright lights to see the produce clearly. Everything looks fresh and clean which is a top priority for me. Has some good offers and the customer service is excellent. Also offer delivery which is a bonus. Thats why its 5 stars for me. Best Asian supermarket I've shopped at.”
