“An incident happened today in store in the self serve area where a lady was putting her purchase in her shopping bag and the bag broke, The poor lady burst into tears I consoled her as she just broke her bottle of champagne and that was the straw that broke the camels back. And this lovely sainsbury lady staff member came over told her not to worry and replaced the damaged item. I want Sainsbury management to know she was brilliant caring and consoled the lady customer. Verbal bouquet to this lovely staff member. And to sainsbury management you need to put a little something in her Christmas stocking. As a on looker who deals with customer for years she was exceptional. Hence why I'm writing this.”

Tom is always happy and settled when we return and doesn't seem to notice that we have been away! Dan always communicates well when we are away, sending us updates and photos of Tom and always leaves the house clean and tidy too :) Thank you Dan for providing such a good service, we know that Tom is in excellent hands with you :)”

“When I found tail-er made I was so relieved. It’s so hard to find a good fitting harness for dachshunds that doesn’t cause rubbing or look uncomfortable and poor fitting making them easy to escape. The choice of beautiful fabrics makes it so hard to choose just one and the option to have matching leads and collars too…love a bit of matchy matchy. Paula’s customer service is fantastic. I’ve never been disappointed when our products have arrived and we’ve been a return customer for two years. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“A lovely little B&B, only a couple of minutes' walk from the centre of town. Rooms are very well appointed with en-suite facilities, microwave and tea/coffee making. Travis House is owned and run by a very friendly local couple who know everything about the area. The rooms are very reasonable in price (I paid £45 for a twin room, per night). An excellent cooked breakfast is included in the price. Highly recommended, I will definitely stay again!”
