βWe had the rib eye and it rates in my top 10 for flavour and texture, amazing! Β£70 for two beautiful steaks and a bottle of wine, totally worth it. I asked if the candle on my table could be lit as we were celebrating and every candle in view was lit, super service :)β
βAmazing food - pie was incredible. Gorgeous log fire, beams, character, comfy seats, great playground and big car parkβ
βAbsolutely fab cafe. Step free access and helpful staff. You can sit outside in nice weather or there's plenty of room indoors when it's not.β
βLibby is the most fantastic bartender ever!! Always has a smile on her face and is great to all the regulars. If shes working youβre guaranteed a beer in your hand pronto!!β
βGreat restaurant. Delicious food. The cheese parfait and pistachio-mango desert were amazingβ
βLovely pub, must admit that I wasn't blown away by the roast I had but the service and atmosphere was excellent. They also have a huge back garden which was brilliant for letting the kids blow off steam. Would likely return but to try something else on the menu βΊοΈβ
βAmazing service from Sharon. Lovely fast and speedy. As you can see from the pic, the kids couldn't eat all their food as they were too full. Worth 5 stars. Would give her more if I could. Go on girl. Spin that wheel :)β
βVery tasty Sunday roast! Well decorated pub, clean with views to the sea. Good portions, well cooked and plenty of veggies. Amazing cauliflower/broccoli cheese. Good drink selection (and non alcoholic drinks available too). Quite busy on Sunday so better to book it to ensure a place. Service is 10 out of 10.β
βFantastic food, super tasty and all very reasonably priced. Our waiter Mo was very friendly and incredibly attentive. The quiet atmosphere is great for a nice chat however the place could be a bit more lively. Would recommend!β
βGreat late night venue, staff a wicked! Has a pool table too! Nice seats! Wouldn't recommend for the middle of the day but deffo would recommend for the evening!β
βOne of the better Brighton bars. Friendly and intimate with tons of cabaretβ
βWent to Popworld with my girlfriend and a few of her mates last weekend. Good atmosphere, happy hour was good value. Door team were very through and head doorman was quick to help when a couple of lads wouldn't take no for an answer talking to my on my girlfriends mates. The door team seemed very used to taking the heat out of situations especially when people have had a few and things can get out of hand when not handled well. Will definelty go back there next time we are in Brightonβ
βI visited while I was in Brighton for a work trip. We happened to find this bar and loved it. The security staff were amazing and so friendly. I've got to give a shout out to Andy. He was lovely. He showed us the fab techie ID system which made us feel safe and intrigued us more than anything. We were happy to give our IDs and find out our Chinese year etc. They also don't let large groups in so again you know they take their guests security seriously. They work hard to maintain a good atmosphere and safe environment. The drinks and whole atmosphere was great. It was also clean. No sticky floors or tables. Just a really great bar. I'll definitely be popping in the next time I'm in the area. Literally can't fault it!β
βThe Fish&Chips was perfect........ And beer was so good Nice environment!β
βMyself and a big group of 19 of us did a bottomless brunch at Walkabout yesterday, and we had a great time! Things started off a bit slow at first but Alyssa really stepped up and took care of us, all on her own as well! Thanks for being so accommodating :)β
βEpic! Went here for a day rave. The upstairs is large, consisting of a bar, small dance floor alot of tables and chairs. Downstairs leads to a club. It feels like you're absolutely away from reality and even though it was during the day it was pitched black in the basement. A great experience and I'd love to go backβ
βVery nice food, super friendly owner =)β
βOpen house has a decent beer garden and food. Interior has nice high ceilingsβ
βAwesome place in a good locationβ
βFood was out of this world and so was the service. Made our weekend away specialβ
βexcellent experience eating here. reasonable prices, pleasant ambiance. staff friendly & 'on the ball' very swift service. Had the fillet steak with peppercorn sauce, champ & green veg. thank you.β

βThe Latest Music Bar in Brighton is an absolute gem! With its intimate setting, diverse live performances, and friendly staff, it's a must-visit for music lovers. The venue's resilience in challenging times is truly commendable. Here's to more memorable nights of music at the Latest Music Bar!β
βIt was an absolute pleasure staying at the Amsterdam hotel. The room was extremely tidy & the staff was very welcoming, friendly & helpful! I would definitely stay at the Amsterdam again when I visit Brighton.β
βGreat party venue and amazing views. Holds over 100 people and if you are lucky with the weather you have a choice of 2 outside spaces.β
βWonderful evening with my friend here. Amazing live bands and brilliant vibe and lots of friendly people in the pub. We danced all night long. Looking forward to returning soon.β
βWe came in for a roast on Sunday (didn't use the rooms). Even though we were a little late for our booking the staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was lovely. They even brought some beef out for our chihuahua. We'll be back!β
βA Hidden Gem β If You Can Get In! The Cyprium Bar & Grill in Lingfield truly is a hidden gem β but getting a table there felt like a mission in itself. The online booking system didnβt seem to yield any response, and trying to get through on the phone was equally frustrating. It took sheer determination and persistence to finally secure a reservation. That said, once we were in, it was absolutely worth the effort. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff attentive, and the food was genuinely excellent β beautifully presented, full of flavour, and clearly made with care. Service throughout the evening was friendly and efficient, striking just the right balance. Interestingly, our server mentioned that itβs often best just to turn up. In the worst-case scenario, you can be seated in the bar area, which has a similar menu and still offers a great experience. If they could streamline the booking process and improve their responsiveness, this place would be a knockout from start to finish. But once you're there, you're in for a real treat.β
