“Served with the Pharmacy medicines I needed by a very polite and friendly young female assistant on duty over a Saturday lunchtime. Very good service”
“Genuinely whoever does the face-ups (especially the meal deal section) is an absolute living legend, I’ve never seen crisps look so organised? Just so impressed with the cleanliness every time I go in, would be so easy to let a city centre store fall into disrepair but the staff take a lot of effort to keep this shop open, friendly, inviting & brilliantly stocked. Always happy to visit!”
“Pay your workers properly. I overheard a shelf stacker saying they would be skipping lunch as they have £4.50 to last them a week. This is unacceptable and I’m tired of exploitative companies like Tesco who while providing jobs are clearly not providing adequate wages.”
“Great service this week - I wanted to find the best price for items I was purchasing and the lady on the till went over and above to make sure I had the best offers. Yes there can be the occasional queue but I’d say on the whole it’s invaluable to have in our town.”
“I think it is one of the best shops for sweets in Bristol! (Hector - 9 years old)”
“10/10 service. this sweet girlie Sophie helped me find parsley when I couldn't. she saved by dinner party. what a gem. she even recommended me her favourite chilli chip that were on offer. mega legend”
“This shop has became essential for me so quick/convenient specially recently as well as a decently large selection of product for such a small shop also big parking around back”
“Just wanted to leave a review to say how amazing the staff here are. I have difficulties and bless them they take their masks down at the checkout (behind the screens) so I can understand them and they are very clear so I can understand what is going on. They are so lovely and helpful. Thank you all so much you really make a difference. Love to you all x”
“I work in an office nearby and boy oh boy am I grateful for this Sainsbury’s. The hot food counter is always nice and stocked up to warm my hands in the winter months and the pastries make it hard for me to stick to my diet! Worth it though! Thanks everyone who works here.”
“I go to boots twice a week, great end of line sales. The only problem I have is the pharmacy. I collect medication twice a week,my prescriptions are sent days before i pick up.on the day my stuff is never ready, then I get staff lieing trying to cover there backs,it's a tad stupid”
“Nice customer service. Pharmacist was very helpful”
“Excellent experience of the pharmacy in Yate. Poorly daughter required a medication which had manufacturing issues and not available in other local pharmacies. The team kindly checked if they could order some and when it arrived they kept some aside for me. Dispensed quickly. Very good service”
“Handy for a coffee and a hot slice of pizza personaly, but they also have a wide selection of on the go healthy options. Prices are fair and there is a good selection main store items should you need an essential ingredient for your main meal.”
“Hello we left a bag in your store today please can you let me know if you can return this to us. Has skulls on”
“Went in on a Saturday as had a really bad throat ,had a consultation with the pharmacist and prescribed antibiotics for tonsillitis, fantastic service and don't have to wait till Monday and try to get an appointment at the doctors, the pharmacist and staff were lovely”
“Convenient little Tesco in the retail unit part of a small block of apartments, where the old Cashmans building built 1912 used to stand. It’s best feature is that it is Convenient, easy and quick to get to and the long opening hours come in handy when you need something early or late. Staff have been on the whole excellent, although I normally use the self-service, that way I get a receipt. It is a habit of a few places, not just Tesco, lately at the checkout not to ask or give a receipt. Call me old-fashioned but I do regard them as essential. It doesn’t have the range of a normal Tesco and sometimes popular items, especially on sale go out of stock, then they have to wait for a scheduled delivery by 44ton Truck and Trailer. Some items are good, especially their own pizza’s, the best and cheap compared to a Restaurant. Several items but not all can be cheaper like snacks and especially liquid refreshment, like water and 500ml Pepsi max, 1.25litre Pepsi max. Overall sometimes items on sale at a good price regularly, pleasant, fuss free experience, convenience, especially hours and some excellent food items. One last reason is Tesco Clubcard, I have my points converted to Air Miles so it is invaluable to keep my balance going between trips so it doesn’t expire and they do have Clubcard offers for holders from time to time in store, like Pizza.”
“Thankyou to the kind security guard who has just shown me where the straws are! Really lovely if him. Off to RUH to my aunty who can't eat and asked for straws.”
“I have been a customer of this Hanham Morrisons Daily for over a year now. The staff here are always very friendly and this is a great example of one the best neighbourhood stores out there. My husband and I feel the staff should be recognised for their really good service. They are always running around with Uber orders, package deliveries but never skip a beat to always give us a friendly greeting and assistance. Keep up the good work!”
“Always find staff really good. They are up against it most of the time and sounds like they are covering lots of shifts to help out. Thank you. I love our local coop.”
“I’ve used H&B for a decade, especially when travelling outside the UK (in Malta, Greece and Spain) as you know you can rely on H&B but I never wanted to do the royalty card. In the past, I always forgot the card, and H&B often had great deals in-store. Recently, I visited the shop in Bath, and Amy was amazing. She was professional and friendly. She made customers feel comfortable and welcome. So, I decided to get a royalty membership this time as I need to get my health back on track. I definitely recommend it to friends and family. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and helpful, thank you.”
“We visited last Saturday and were served by a very personable man. I hadn't used Argos for ages as I hated their 'double queuing system' but they have removed the first queue by allowing us to order from the computer.”
“Visited other pharmacies who could not fulfil my prescription. Thankfully, Boots could. The staff were very helpful and very nice. We also visiyed the shop area and was helped by a lovely young lady called Brooke so helpful and polite. What a lovely group of people.”
“Great little local shop very helpful it being there staff's nice and polite also local post office inside so great for sending parcels and letters very convenient prices fair for small shop wheel chair access and small car park on side”
“I want to sincerely thank the young blonde gentleman who helped me today. I had two large Evri parcels, and even though the returns cupboard was quite full, he managed to fit them in without any fuss. His kindness truly made all the difference in my day, especially after a difficult evening walking all around town and dealing with very mean staff. I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name, I just wanted to let you know how much your kindness meant to me!”
“Doesn't look very big from the outside but it's actually a decent size. Well stocked and a good selection of vegan food. Great location, right in the centre of Bath.”
“The staff are great and the offers are also very good. Prices are very reasonable with many tesco products sold under the one stop name.”
