“We chose this hotel due to it's location near Bristol Temple Meads, it is directly in front of it. It is though a well run hotel, friendly staff and we found the rooms clean, great WiFi and although they are a little old, comfortable and cosy. An easy walk to many attractions you can arrive by train or car and walk to SS Great Britain or St Nicholas Markets or the many restaurants and pubs. A really good breakfast and the bar is quite nice also. A great stay.”

“Andrew and his team are always welcoming, the checkin process always goes smoothly, the rooms are all tastefully decorated comfortable and reasonably priced. Over the last 20 years my wife and I have stayed in Airport hotels at & around Bristol Airport on a regular basis and it is nice to find a home from home without being ripped off. Parking is free for however long you decide to go away for - last year we went away during summer for 3 weeks, and if we had used another hotel in the area we would have doubled the cost of the overnight stay?!? Breakfast is fab too. Well done Andrew keep up the good work and don't change you policy, it works and we have recommended your hotel to all our friends.”

“Super happy with my experience here today. I ordered a pumpkin spice frappe with a modification. At first the drink came out a bit too sweet compared to what it normally taste like. I asked sheepishly for the girls to remake it and they did without fuss. The remake was completely perfect! My husband also tried a new drink, the ice oat brown sugar espresso and it was divine. Thanks so much for taking the time to make sure our drinks were spot on! £11.75 is a lot for two beverages so it's nice to know they are happy to make it perfectly.”

“My favourite London coffee chain and I've now found it in Bath too. Tucked away on the corner of Union Street, this place is in the centre yet has a calm feel. Standard Soho coffee brilliance; great coffee, chilled atmosphere, modern industrial interior and offers student discount. Definitely worth a visit.”

“Although this inside the Next fashion store, the layout is very good wrt Covid requirements. Also unlike other Costas nearly all people observing the wearing of Face coverings. Staff very friendly and helpful cleanliness is excellently applied. Nice relaxing place to sit and enjoy the food available and the excellent coffee.”

“Just wanted to say the staff here, on a busy Saturday in December, were fantastic. I was visiting for the day from Swansea for the Christmas market, and needed a break. They were extremely busy, but all managed to cope really well, we all polite, friendly and kept the service fast. Tables were being cleaned continuously, there was someone by the door who was making sure people knew the situation with tables, and there to help people, including someone with visual impairment. I was here for about an hour and ordered two drinks, and they had served around 200 customers in that time. Was even offered a chocolate from a box of heroes that a member of staff was handing out. So well done to all the staff, fantastic example of how to work in hospitality and how to work as part of a team.”

“Lovely staff the were really fantastic helpful. Also very fast service and quick had drink given to me quickly. Has plenty more seating upstairs. Very clean and customer service top notch. Customer toilets very clean. Would recommend this place if you want so quite to work or take a phone call. Staff were very helpful as there is code to get into toilets this good. “A lovely relaxed coffee shop in a beautiful setting. Spacious and child/pushchair friendly. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Staff are great and food is reasonably priced and tasty. I've had scampi and chips and a toastie (different occasions). And was pleased with both! The juices, smoothies and cakes are also delicious. Only downside as a heavily pregnant woman is that the toilets are in the car park so go on your way in!”

“The service was very quick, the staff were lovely and helpful - as well as preparing incredible coffee for me and my partner - 10/10! We WILL be back! The only downside is the noise, but that’s unavoidable being in the mall.”

“Dean and his staff are amazing. I always have a laugh with them and a chitchat if they have time. Otherwise, it's just a quick hi and go. Coffee is always good ,food varies to your taste buds. As for people saying about prices , it's a costa so what did they expect. The team don't make the prices they just serve and smile. Keep up the good work all.”

“The guest house is in a great location. The room door was a bit hard to open, but other than that, it was great for a couple of days' stay. Service is amazing, with very friendly and helpful staff, and so was the breakfast.”

“Just had a lovely weekend away, and stay at the Lamp Post Villa. The room was modern with an ensuite shower, and very comfortable beds. The continental breakfast was included in the price: juice, lovely filter coffee, tea, toast, preserves, croissants, cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruit and set you up for a good start to the day. The location was great, only a 10 minute, pleasant walk to the centre. The b&b offers great value, and the host Carmine was very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.”

“Fantastic little hotel, the lady that welcomed us was very friendly and informative If you aren’t an idiot getting to the car park is no problem, instructions were sent via email says before (Bevan Court is the road you have to go down) Room was lovely, very clean and spacious - bigger than the pictures suggested Fixed prices too which is great, no surcharge for staying at the weekend like other hotels Toiletries were offered, but we weren’t staying for a shower. Better this was as there’s less environmental waste for those that don’t use the products 10/10 would recommend for Bristol”

“Karen’s place was just perfect.! The interior was beautifully done. They provide everything you need and their cleaning standard is amazing. The cottage is in a very peaceful and quiet area and bed is especially comfortable.! Karen was an amazing host, she was really respectful and explained all the information when we arrived. I would definitely come back.!”
