The staff, especially a young man named Debon (I think that's his name, though I can't quite remember), were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Compared to other hardware stores like B&Q or Wickes, Tool Station excels in customer service, making them my go-to choice for all my hardware needs. Highly recommend Tool Station for their exceptional service and wide product selection!”

“This is a really authentic, slightly old school but rustic cinema. Extremely clean, good vibes and friendly staff. Pricing is very reasonable. The leather recliner chairs are super comfortable and cosy. Really large screen with decent audio. Popcorn top notch, the nachos were pretty average. Plenty of parking and fast food places nearby. Location is fantastic. Highly recommended.”

“What an amazing place to go! My daughter who is 10 absolutely loved it! The staff were super friendly, really great at communication and made us feel so welcome. All the animals are kept in lovely clean tanks and well looked after. Even seen some fish I hadn't seen before! The garden bit in between some rooms was amazing, the trees and plants were gorgeous! Really recommend bringing children here as it was a lovely afternoon out!”

“It's a car park..... Joking aside it's generally clean well lit and has spaces. The design of it's fairly good for traffic flow and plenty of lifts and stairs fairly decently priced too for Bristol.”

“I visited Cotswold Country Park and Beach with my mom, sister, and 2-year-old daughter, and we had a great time. We enjoyed the swan ride, played on the beach, and spent time in the swimming areas. We were able to set up a small tent and relax while taking in the beautiful views. We also had lunch at the café, which was convenient. Since it was a school day, the park was quiet with fewer people around, which made it even more enjoyable. Admission was also reasonably priced. Highly recommended for a peaceful family outing!!!”

“Penpark Hole is a fascinating cave and a Site of Special Scientific Interest. If you wish to visit it you need to contact a local caving club who have access rights.”

“The staff were really good - there was an incredibly long queue with quite a large number of “big tables”, however the staff were very communicable. And despite the large number of people in the restaurant, the service was really fast and the food was good too (wasn’t the best as is wasn’t as flavourful as it usually is… but I can only account to the fact it was really really busy). Well done to the team working this afternoon, you did really good!!”

It’s not very often that they don’t have an item in stock but if they don’t it’s normally available the next day. Nikki and Sadie are absolute superstars and make a huge difference to the running of the store and always have a smile on their faces!”

“Hollywood Bowl Longwell Green is a great place for a fun day or evening out with friends and family. The lanes are well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is lively and welcoming. Staff are friendly and quick to assist if you need help with the scoring system or lane issues. There’s a decent arcade area, and the food and drinks are reasonably priced for a leisure venue. It can get busy, especially on weekends or during school holidays, so it’s worth booking in advance. A brilliant spot for some light-hearted competition and entertainment.”

“A hotel where you can take your pets! This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are clean, well laid-out and a decent size. Staff are helpful and friendly. Parking at the nearby Millennium Square car park is discounted and the buffet-style breakfast is plentiful and delicious.”

“Booked a last minute stay, upon check in the staff were friendly and helpful, we were informed that we could pay for an evening meal at the hotel, however we opted to walk over the road where there were plenty of options to eat and pick up a few essentials. The room was clean and comfortable, and after a couple days at the seaside the hot shower with decent pressure was a godsend. We had an issue with one of our neighbouring rooms late into the night but when we mentioned this to the Manager, Josh, he couldn't have been more helpful and apologetic to the situation. We honestly can't praise the hotel and staff enough they were so busy and barely stopped. The breakfast was brill and with plenty of options for my picky kids. Overall brilliant stay and will be looking to book with Holiday in again in the future!”

“A decent hotel with a good standard. My room was lovely and clean. Teas and coffees. All pretty standard stuff. The staff were lovely and very helpful as my card key played up on one occasion. Would be happy to stay again Worst I can say is no free parking. Bit it is the city centre I suppose”

“What a find this hotel was. High up on the coast with views across the Bristol Channel to Wales. Our room was large spacious and cool. No need for a fan. The sausages at breakfast are massive. Also some good outdoor drinking areas again with amazing views.”
