βGreat service. Lovely chap. My wife left her phone in the taxi and he brought it back to us later that evening. Thank you very much. You have a new loyal customer here, every time we need a taxi we'll be phoning you.β
βFantastic service, especially from one guy, super helpful, kind, and great to chat with. My only tiny criticism? Heβs a Man U supporter, but I guess none of us can be perfect.β
βScott and Emma produce the most imaginative, bespoke and beautiful golfing products. They are so generous with their time to ensure their customers are totally happy. Nothing is too much trouble for them and their customer service is unbelievable. Looking at a golf bag with an SRC product in it simply gives that βfeel goodβ factor. They are just fantastic to deal withβ
βFriendly staff, really accommodating with my very large breed dog, best Guinness in a log time aswell. Would highly recommendβ
βVery friendly and professional staff. Moona is very warm and Monica did my eyebrows, amazing clean job and looking sharp! Also got my greys dyed and happy with result :)β
βSofa shopping, letβs be honest, is the single most exhausting pastime known to humankind. Forget marathons, childbirth, or Brexit negotiations, nothing will drain your soul quite like trudging around Cribbs Causeway with your wife, looking at a thousand slight variations of padded rectangles. The problem isnβt really the sofas themselves (although God knows some of them look like theyβve been upholstered in the skin of a startled badger). The problem is sofa shock. That moment when you realise youβre expected to lower yourself onto yet another beige monstrosity, nod appreciatively, and then get back up again, only to repeat the process across an entire retail park. It is, in fact, a tidy little paradox. The longer you sit on a sofa, the more comfortable it becomes, but in direct correlation, your will to live diminishes. Ten minutes in DFS and youβll happily fork out for a beanbag. Twenty minutes in SCS and youβre thinking, βDo we even need furniture? Couldnβt we just squat, like medieval peasants?β Now, sofa shopping is not something you do regularly. Despite what the shops would like, itβs not a jaunty every-three-years affair. No. This is a once-in-a-decade blood pact, like renewing your passport. The evidence is right there, jammed down the side of our current sofa: a Radio Times from 2002. David Tennant wasnβt even Doctor Who yet. So, in a moment of male genius (read: cowardice), I sent out a search party in advance, namely, my wife. She produced a shortlist of sofas she liked. Which, as is the way of these things, meant a shortlist of sofas I liked. My role was not to choose but to greenlight. Itβs marriage, not democracy. And thenβ¦miracle of miraclesβ¦ we walked into SCS Sofas, Cribbs Causeway, and I saw one. A sofa I actually liked. βWhat about that one?β I ventured, expecting to be told it was the wrong size, wrong shape, wrong vibes. Instead, my wife said: βThatβs the one I like.β Bullβs-eye. Done. Sofa harmony achieved. Except of course it wasnβt done. Oh no. You donβt just βbuyβ a sofa. You must choose colours, sizes, shapes, cushions, protection, and payment schemes that appear to have been devised by Goldman Sachs. But, and hereβs the real kicker, we were rescued by Sophie. Brilliant Sophie. Patient, charming, efficient Sophie, who not only explained it all without the faintest trace of judgment, but even handwrote the dimensions for us. By this point I was so delirious that I nearly nodded off right there on the showroom floor. Which, in a way, is the highest compliment you can pay a sofa. So yes, thank you Sophie. Thank you SCS. Thank you, sofa gods, for ending the torment. We are now the proud owners of a new sofa, which will no doubt survive until the 2040 Olympics and still contain the fossilised remains of 2025βs iPhone cables.β
βExcellent staff, the guy on the kids section is attentive/ helpful and has great product knowledge. Will definitely be back for my sons Astros.β
βWe stayed in Your Apartment Clifton Village on our visit to Bristol. The place was very easy to find and the instructions to check-in were very straightforward. We appreciated the decor and the overall design and feel of the room we stayed in. The location is also very good as there is a Tesco close by and if you walk a little bit more there is also a coop nearby. For short-term stays i highly recommend Your Apartment but for long-term i don't think I can as their laundry machine and drying machine were not the best. It took us a whole day just to wash and dry a small batch of clothes.β
βBest in the world. Tracey you are the golden ticket, goose, chicken and turkey!! The best staff in the the west and she needs to be paid minimum 100k salary. Best best bestβ

Sweet and sour sauce had a lovely flavour and perfect sauce for the side of chicken balls. i am now a regular, i am a huge fan of the friendly staff and amazing service. overall, canβt complain about one thing. have not once faulted, iβve never regretted a penny that iβve spent here in my whole existence!β
βI have sound issues with my phone and they helped me with out any cast thanks fine choiceβ
βVery tasty food and good portion. Fast delivery and food popping hot when arrives . Enjoyed it. Definitely recommend best Chinese takeaway.β
βI popped in first thing on Wednesday morning this week and warmly greeted and served by Carol. So helpful and patient as I had noticed a product I wanted was advertised much cheaper online. She was great and ordered it for me instead of having to go online and do it myself. Fantastic customer service and genuinely enjoys her job! Will definitely pop in again. Thank youβ
βCarluccio's Bristol - a really lovely, tasty and well presented cooked breakfast. Service and customer interaction was excellent.β
βToday I visited M&M in Avonmouth and had a great experience! The service was quick and excellent. The guy who served me had a really polite and friendly manner, which made the visit even more pleasant. I also noticed two other staff members working very hard behind the counter, keeping things running smoothly even though it was quite busy at the time. I asked for an extra topping on my pizza, and my server kindly said, βItβs on me β no charge.β That small gesture honestly made my day, and I truly appreciated it. The pizza was absolutely delicious, and Iβll definitely be coming back to this store again. Great food and amazing service β highly recommend!β
βNice customer service. Pharmacist was very helpfulβ
βI have to give a huge 5 stars βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈto ASMA the store assistant who opened a till for me yesterday as I was in a rush for an appointment. No other staff opened it till for me they all sent me to βself scanningβ till which was really busy. Iβm a manager myself so I look at Customer Service very closely and it times like this when you have to recognise the difference between whoβs really pushing your store values and corporate ethics. So a huge THANK YOU ASMA for taking the initiative to open up a till I really appreciate ASMA and this is what makes her Customer Service GREAT above all else. My feedback for the other staff is speak to your customers, build a relationship, know who shopping in your store and push yourselves for higher Customer Service. Customer excellenceβs key.β
βI've been going to them for over 10 years, great cut and great guys and always a good laugh to anyone who treats them with respect. Highly recommend.β
βBeen here a few times with my mum, the pedicures are amazing and feet always feel silky smooth after. We also often have a set of acrylic and can never fault them, always turn out gorgeous.β
βWe visited last Saturday and were served by a very personable man. I hadn't used Argos for ages as I hated their 'double queuing system' but they have removed the first queue by allowing us to order from the computer.β
βLove these boots, Cabotswood Amberley, first pair lasted about 3 years, on my second pair. Use them most days for walking my dog. When needed in the future will definitely get another pair. I do order up a size.β

βVery helpful lady assisted me (Katy I think). I originally visited on Saturday 9th but the tills went down and everyone had to leave the store. Went back on Sunday 10th and completed my order. Quite substantial as am furnishing a flat so also booked delivery. Cant't fault the store, except that the fridge I wanted had been sold, but they have a quick turn around and providing I see one by the day before my delivery, they will add it onto my order. Will definitely be back for more.β
