“This restaurant exudes a vibrant and stylish setting. The menu is diverse, offering a delightful array of expertly crafted Thai dishes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Each meal is an authentic exploration of Thailand’s rich flavors. Beyond the exquisite food, the service is truly exceptional. The friendly and professional staff elevate the dining experience, making it a must-visit destination. A harmonious blend of ambiance, cuisine, and service.”
“Ordered takeaway while very sick. Not only was the food lovely and exactly what I needed - they gave me some free Miso soup!!! So kind of them and helped me feel much better ♥️ definitely the place to go if you want a comfort meal”
“We enjoyed a fine birthday lunch here today. We ordered a selection of individual tapas as well as a couple of their tapas sets. There was a nice selection of traditional Thai favourites on offer. The flavours were good, and portions were ample. We were served promptly and the staff was attentive to special dietary needs. A complimentary birthday pudding was a lovely touch.”
“We had a group meal to celebrate Christmas. The food was delicious, very good value, great service for our table of 12. Highly recommend”
“Food was great and so was the service. It was quick and the server was approachable. No complains there. The place is small but serves amazing food and is reasonably priced.”
“Had the best experience at The Giggling Squid in Bath for my husbands birthday. The food was 1st class. So tasty and all staff were very pleasant. Great value for money and the decor was stunning. Will definitely be visiting again.”
“Fantastic traditional pub serving quality food and top drinks. One of best Sunday lunches ever had, gutted stopped severing Sunday lunches though as were delicious. Generous portions, great value and super tasty. Crispy fish batter and pie pastry was next level good. Was too full for desert sadly. Hound dog ale was amazing and lagers are always great. Huge garden too. Top service and friendly landlord, thanks!”
“Could well be the best Asian food I've had in Bristol! Had the crispy chili beef and Panag curry noddle's - both were delicious. Despite the restaurant offering a range of different nationalities dishes - they were all spot on!”
“We’ve recently discovered Flavour and it’s so fantastic we keep coming back! We’ve ordered it several times when friends and family are over and they’ve all thought brilliant. Lots of vegan options too which is great as well as delivering to North End Yatton :) every time we’ve ordered it’s been delicious, great service thank you!”
“Probably the best authentic Chinese left in Bristol, portions were BIG, food was hot, very tasty and the customer service was second to none! Would definitely recommend.”
“Had Sunday lunch there beginning of February. Very nice. Plenty on the plate and well cooked. Really good value. Food and the Drinks. will definitely be returning soon. PROPER”
“Came here a few weeks ago with my boyfriend, for our first anniversary and and had the best pizza and pesto dipping we have ever had and the staff were just as lovely xx Recommend going there if you fancy a beautiful pizza. And the price isn’t bad either x”
“Finally went back to our favourite Asian hot pot this weekend after a five month hiatus, and it did not disappoint! Delicious flavours, excellent service and even a dairy free-broth to suit our toddler with an allergy! In the colder months we often visit multiple times a month. Just wish there was air conditioning, so that we could continue enjoying hot pots all year round. It is cosier enough in the winter, when the restaurant is busy with multiple pots simmering away, but enduring the heat in the summer is just not an option! The staff are knowledgeable, warm and welcoming and every time we visit they always go the extra mile to put a smile on our little girls face!”
“Great food and great service. Came here for a family catch up and they couldn't have been more helpful. BYOD as they don't sell alcohol, so you save on restaurant priced drinks too. Helped elderly relatives and were polite, no rush, even on a busy Saturday night. I'd definitely recommend coming here for a great curry.”
“What an exciting and vibrant little place. We walked into a very welcoming atmosphere with some live piano music. We ate like Kings for a small price in comparison to what you get. Dishes are so very well presented and taste delicious!”
“Yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting Thaikhun in Bath. I have been here a few times now over my time at university and every time I’ve been I’ve had a great experience. What strikes you immediately is the authentic feel, you literally feel like you’re walking into a piece of Thailand. The layout imitates the hustle and bustle of the streets and food stalls of Bangkok with bright and colourful Thai advertisements, street signs, Buddhist shrines and much more. The service was second to none. My server Oat, originating from Bangkok, immediately brought the famous Thai hospitality that I experienced on my travels to life. He was attentive, friendly and a genuinely lovely guy to have a chat with. I ordered the Thai BBQ chicken wings, the stir fry pork belly with egg fried rice. The food was authentic, tasty, well-balanced and the right level of spice. It really took me back to the delicious flavours, spices, seasonings and aromas I experienced when I visited Thailand. I would recommend this place to anyone that loves Thai food or wants to try Thai food for the first time!”
“Everything we choose is delicious great food great chefs great service as always please try ....”
“Lovely staff good food good price”
“Love Thai takeaway in Oakley, I'm so happy that they opened up so close to home. Really friendly every time I go in and the food is wonderful. Been to Thailand a few times and their curries and tom yum soup are spot on. Thank you!”
“On a busy Friday night food was ready for collection on time and was piping hot. Mixed kebab starter was delicious, Lamb Rezela was cooked to order (medium) The nan breads were perfect, we will definitely use this as our local Indian takeaway now. Prices aren't too bad ours was 32.00 for 2 starters 2 mains 2 nans 1 rice.”
“Had a lovely meal with my Mum, Great value and wide choice of food. Recent refurbishment real success. Great colour scene and chairs were very comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful could not fault quality of service.”
“Delicious food and amazing service! My favourite place :) they cater so well to everyone, including vegans - the guy who delivers the food remembered us after the first order, and he advised on us which other vegan items we could order! Such a lovely place, I always look forward to ordering from here!”
“What a lovely place! Staff were great, fun and patient (I was with my parents who are in their eighties as well as other friends!). Food was lush and gluten free full menu was immediate for one of our group. Really flexible and highly recommended, Steve.”
“Really nice chicken katsu curry. £11.50 is extremely reasonable for the big portion you get and I enjoy it! Can’t say I’ve ever had authentic katsu curry to compare this to but I like the dish enough that I’ve gone back for it a couple times. Also interesting to note that I can eat it despite having terrible spice tolerance. I asked the lady at checkout if this dish was meant to be spicy and she said no - I ordered it and although I did find it spicy, I somehow enjoyed it? Usually if something is spicy to me I cannot eat it at all but I ate the whole plate. Just an extra bonus that this dish is helping me develop my tolerance lol!”
“I ordered a sauce for my noodles, which wasn't to my liking. I voiced my displeasure, and one of the workers Ahmed, took it from me and mixed it with another sauce and it came out lovely. Brilliant service from him, and greeted me and my friends with a smile on his face at 12am!”
“Whilst walking to the Bristol Museum via Park Street, we spotted some Chinese pastries in the hot display so we stopped by for some snack / desserts after visiting the museum. My dad was more intrigued with the name of the cafe as my parents are from Sai Kung. You order at the counter and it's cash only. We ordered egg tarts (蛋撻), char siu pastry (叉燒酥), mango pudding (芒果布甸) and mango sago pudding (楊枝甘露). I've forgotten what's the individual price but it was £19.40 for the four items. Reasonable price. The best points were the flavours and the portion size. We enjoyed the pastries that seemed like they were just out fresh from the oven. Hot, crispy, not too sweet and plentiful of meat filling (for the char siu pastry). Same for the pudding; not too sweet and decent portion size. They were pre-made and stored in a tub in the fridge. Definitely would stop by again when we visit Bristol in the future.”
“Quite good chef, like a old father for each family. He gave everyone nice services. No doubt we experienced a home-tasty food here.”
“Absolutely wonderful restaurant. We tried the set menu and weren’t disappointed. Everything was so tasty and beautifully cooked. The staff were both friendly and attentive, and the place had a good atmosphere. You could see everyone enjoying themselves. Would recommend.”
“I was dubious at first because the only place I’ve ever ordered from is tale of spice. Which I’ve never ever had a bad meal from tale of spice. So for a change we chose pan master absolutely 10/10 for us. 1 thing that sold it for me for is the way the keema naan came along side the mango chutney absolutely superb. Thank you”
“Delicious noodle and katsu curry! Korean fried chicken is spot on, cooked to perfection and very tender and juicy.”
