“A great place to meet friends for a cuppa and light snack. Plenty of choice, very dog friendly and reasonably priced. I love coming here and recommend visiting. I'll be back!”
“Amazing place. Very chilled out and staff are lovely.drinks a little bit expensive.”
“Beautiful cosy place with great music and delicious food. We came to celebrate our first anniversary; Jamila was our lovely host who looked after us thoroughly, giving us lovely food and drink recommendations. Service was well paced for us to savour our small plates, we especially enjoyed the potatoes with onion and sage aioli. The devilled eggs and bacala were also fantastic. Lottie has to be one of the best chefs in Cardiff - Thanks guys for a wonderful evening!!!”
“That’s a nice gem in the middle of the park. Good quality coffee and nice staff. Beautiful view!”

“I’m over from Australia anI can tell you that this is one rippa of a pub.when I fo go in there I am treated as a local and it really is one of those gem local pubs. Great selection of drinks, warm and inclusive atmosphere. All credit to Ant and his staff. If you find yourself in Weston pay this place a visit.”

“3 of us had Sunday Roasts, 2 beef 1Lamb with all the trimmings only £12.50 each, fantastic value for money and followed by a biscoff cheesecake. We will go again.”
“We’ve just been to the six bells for the first time. One of the best Sunday roasts we’ve ever had. Dog friendly restaurant so perfect place for after a long Sunday walk. Staff were all really lovely and attentive. Excellent food at an excellent price for its quality!”
“Great little find! We followed the signs on the main road and was hoping for a homely pub. This pub was exactly that! Friendly staff, Great food and exactly what we needed after a long day being tourists around barry island and cardiff! Would highly recommend.”
“Very very nice cooked breakfast, quality ingredients. One suggestion is that the eggs Benedict should come on a cut in half breakfast muffin rather than a whole one.”
“Really helpful and friendly staff, amazing great value food and drink”
“We hired the venue for a family party. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The food was also nice. The only thing they are missing is a wider variety of alcoholic drinks.”
“First visit and I was very impressed. A very festive and friendly atmosphere. Excellent, tasty food and service. Will definitely be back”
“Venue, food and staff are wonderful! Held a baby shower in the party room upstairs and was the perfect venue. We had the entire upstairs to ourselves with room to decorate, machine to play music, fridge to store food and drinks and terrace outside. We had a hot buffet with skewers for food and everyone complimented how amazing the food was. The staff were super attentive regularly checking we had everything we needed. Thanks so much for all of your help Agit!”
“Beautiful pub. Huge car park. Alpaca area is great if you have kids. Sunday roast is very nice. Locals are really friendly too and the pub in general is so welcoming to all.”
“Called on a Saturday evening. Pub really lively and bouncing with karaoke on. Has been done out since I last visited and now looks great inside.”
“Amazing food! Staff were amazing so friendly and fast! Food was so tasty would 100% recommend”
“Came here today as a Christmas present for afternoon tea waited 10 mins and no one came over had to go up ask to order drinks, hot drinks came but was luke warm. Food came and started eating and after eating the fruit noticed the raspberries was full of mould. My daughter was then sick in the toilet which I explained to waitress and not even offered a glass of water or nothing had to ask for it, really disappointed as I was looking forward to it and staff really not even bothered by it just on there phone constantly 7-1 update Went back a week later as manager rang straight away to apologise and offered another another tea for free and full refund and what a difference our second visit was. Amazing food and even the service was outstanding lovely gentleman that serviced us. Food was delicious and all left feeling very full. Would recommend”
“This was an insightful museum to visit, delving into the economic drivers of Weston-Super-Mare throughout time! One section has old railway signage and talks about how the train connectivity brought more money into the town, a boat is shown separately from its industrial heydays. The former Donkey Chair taxi and a model of Weston in the 1960's are unique additions, shopping history is also delved into as the prominent items are touched on and the town's post-World War 2 period. Tourism's impact is another key point even incorporating outfits here, love the puppet theatre attraction as well!”
“The old fella's pub of choice, they serve Directors a good strong beer. Dog friendly and lovely staff, Recommend.”
“Definitely worth a visit! I popped in for a pint this afternoon after seeing the pub is now back open. I was welcomed by the new landlord Josh he was really friendly and easy to get along with. My beer perfect and I was made to feel at home. I look forward to returning and I can't wait to try a burger when the kitchen's open.”
“Lovely cafe nestled in Beechwood park. Fresh menu but i’m really here to rave about the most delicious pecan tart i’ve had! So delectable and moreish, honestly wish i bought more than one slice- perfect autumn treat!”
“Driven past many times, so I'm so glad I popped in. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Good choice on the menu. Very reasonable prices. Breakfast was very tasty and cooked to perfection. The open fire made it very comfy. Glad I did pop in. Will definitely be going in again. Would recommend.”
“What a great boozer. Popped in for a quick pint but ended staying for a couple as the atmosphere was so warm. Wished I had time to stay longer. Old school style pub and mean that in the most positive of ways. I'll be going back for sure!”
“We had the best time here. The burger pop up was AMAZING. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our questions and needs. They took an immediate interest in our dog and gave him treats and a lot of fuss. They provided tasters of the drinks we were unsure of which was a lovely touch. I can’t understate how much of a good time we had here!”
“I generally have my haylage and shavings delivered. Circumstances meant I visited the shop. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, loading my car, I didn't lift a finger. Even though I'd interrupted breakfast. No wonder they've such a thriving business.”
