“1 of the best lattes i have had in the whole country. Im not sure what coffee beans you have but they are up there with the best of them. Beats Starbucks and Costa on taste of the coffee beans alone. Also cheaper. Well done. Will be back looking forward to my next one.”

“I had a great experience during my visit. The barista was helpful and friendly, the food was great and as expected. Prices are high compared to other places, but that's Costa for you. I visited in the morning so it wasn't busy, a good quiet environment. Would visit again.”

“i love Starbucks coffee and regularly visit sites across the UK, this one has a strange vibe, the staff never smile or engage with you , so 4 stars for the coffee and service and atmosphere only get 1 star Update - I've moved this to 5 stars as recently there's been new staff arrive who smile and engage with you”

“We visited this Costa coffee shop mid-morning on a Monday and were very surprised at how busy the car park and coffee shop were. Despite how full the car park was, there were still a couple of spaces available. We were served very quickly at the till and, despite the coffee shop being busy, there were still a few tables available. We were both very happy with our hot drinks.”

“Came into brewery quarter today on business and stopped in Starbucks. A man was quite confrontational and looked as though he was going to attack the staff until an absolute hero who I presumed worked in the company as he had a Starbucks jacket, leaped in and removed him from the store and comforted a woman who was clearly very upset. I absolutely take my hat off to that boy and hope he reads this review! You really saved the day”

“I went at a quiet time for a coffee and I just had a double espresso with cream. Very nice staff and the coffee was so good and decent price- it was decaff as I had already drunk so much caffeine earlier. Really roasty taste to coffee and upstairs is a good place to sit and relax without noisy people. Cannot comment on food as I did not eat. I find wherever I am in the world Starbucks baristas are very helpful and enthusiastic. Some coffee bars they are not very well trained but I think Starbucks wins for me every time.”
