“This is a lovely oasis in a very busy city center. It is quiet, elegant, and well appointed. Staff is wonderful. We were on holiday when a family emergency forced us to have to extend our stay. The hotel extended our stay, daily, and made sure to keep us in the same room. They provided all amenities needed while taking care not to disturb so we could sleep in between hospital visits. They made a difficult situation so much easier for us. Gracious hospitality at its finest. From management to housekeeping to front desk. Excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.”

“We stayed here the night before an early flight from Bristol airport, only 20-30 minutes away that time of the morning. This travelodge is everything you would expect from a travelodge. It was clean and welcoming, there is ample free parking and EV charging stations. Across the carpark is the Landing Light, a Marstons pub which was busy but very spacious, would recommend booking beforehand as we noticed that some walk ins couldn't be accommodated.”
