βGreat swimming experience. Clean and Covid-safe changing environment, well managed. Nice water temperature and pool depth. Good range of lane speeds, would recommend now that we can use pools again!β
βEasy to find and staff are a great helpβ
βA wonderful experience with Sofas and Stuff. The choice and options they offer is unrivalled matched by expert staff, who really know their stuff! Sofa arrived on time and couldn't be happier with my Hambledon. Would definitely return! Thank you.β
βGreat family visit and really lucky with the weather. The Pandas were impressive and the highlight but overall the whole place was very clean and tidy. The enclosures were very well maintained and also very clean. The only slight dissapointment was one particular member of staff who must have been having a bad day and was not particularly pleasant when we dare ask about what food was gluten free in the Jungle Restaurant but we worked it out and didn't ruin the day.β
βWe enjoyed a terrific break over Christmas. Caravan was immaculate and in a lovely quiet spot. The park itself looked suitably festive and the staff were thoughtful and helpful, even visiting the van to check we had enough kitchen utensils for Xmas day. Can't wait to come back. Thank you for the brilliant customer service, folks!β
βOne of the few places you can let small children run about through trees in complete safetyβ
βWe absolutely loved the zoo! As someone with a disability who struggles with hills, the team gave me a very special lift to the top of the hill! We heard lots of facts about the penguins and other amazing animals! I canβt remember the staff members name but he had ginger hair!!! Our favourite animal at the zoo was the hippos, they were really really cute as well as the penguins! The giraffe viewing inside areas were amazing I must add! Overall a fabulous time, definitely recommend β€οΈβ
βfantastic large open park with closed area for children to play on swings etc. access to the woods behind the park leads into a wonderful "almost" unspoiled wooded area. great to explore with a dog or kids. old quarry area with extremelly high cliff edge. need to be extra careful at this point as not closed off properly, but there are minimal warning signs. My dog and I love coming here was it is still a bit wild although it is a small areaβ
βMy favourite park in Edinburgh as itβs always deserted and great to go to just chillβ
βYeah nah yeah, really good foodβ
βPricey but worth it. All events are always out of the world for the family, the attention to detail and characters of all the staff are on point. Food is great, soft play is brilliant and outdoor space is great. Large and large car park. We love a long day out here. Can also bring picnic if you fancy! Toilets on site too.β
βI love five guys so much and this is our go to branch. Never had a bad experience. Always fresh and yummy. Only complaint is why is it so expensive :(β
βReasonable prices and great staff quick turnaround timesβ
βReally pleased with how helpful staff were here- I didn't really know the exact part that I needed, but Megan was super helpful in getting it sorted. It honestly saved me heaps of time. Extra happy with the location being dog friendly as well.β
βVery friendly staff. Great for birthday parties. Ideal for the winter when itβs miserable outside and you need the kids to burn some energy. The climbing walls are also great fun.β
βFirst time at the ODEON. Premier seats, very comfortable, loads of room even sofar as not having to move as other people pass in front along the row. Great viewing position. Great cinema experience. Well done ODEONβ
βWe were here for a weekend break in December, doing some Christmas shopping, and taking in a show at the playhouse theatre in Edinburgh. This hotel is ideally located for shopping, it's right next to a huge retail park. Also ideally located for commuting into Edinburgh, as there is a train station across the road from the hotel, Edinburgh Waverley is literally two stops away! Breakfast at the hotel was okay, but was really busy (but that could just have been down to timing). The hotel rooms are okay, but if I was going to be picky I'd say that they could do with some drawers for clothes, if you're staying for more than one night, you don't want to be living out of a suitcase. We would definitely stay here again. Oh and if you're looking for somewhere to eat, the food in the pub next door is delicious.β
βGreat for the Airport early morning flights, less than 10 minutes away. Nice quiet location, but near the tram lines, which you don't really hear. Staff always lovelyβ
βI've used the Premier inn Hub before and I love them. The rooms are small but if all you need in a room is a place to sleep and a place to wash with a TV to chill with at night then that's fine. Downstairs is lovely you can order some foods but they only have 5 items (which I'll add the menu if you want to see what) but if you want to gonout for food ans drink you have alot of choice from an indian up the road to adventuring the old town and a walk across to Princes street you'll find something. They do have a good selection of drinks if your wanting a nice quite night inβ
βI must say about Ms. Am**da. She is the best example of customer or front desk service. I got all information as I need. Though most of the information are available in website. You can ask any question inside staff for anything. They are helpful. We are enjoying while we are there. Recommended...β
βWe arrived in town later than expected and were quite tired from our trip. There was a mixup with our room since we didnβt book direct (issue with the website on our end, not their fault), so there was only one bed setup on arrival. Lynne explained what happened with the booking and had us sorted out within minutes. She was also very helpful with questions we had about the city. The hotel itself was clean, well maintained, the food was great, but the staff really made this a perfect stay. 10/10, would recommend to anyone needing a nice quiet stay away from the city center.β
βThe staff was lovely. Inside the movie, there was clean toilets and extremely comfortable electric recliners. Cheap and highly recommended.β
βWe were pleasantly surprise to find a place in Edinburgh which served "all you can eat" buffet and there was plenty of vegetarian food. Not only there was continental food but a lot of Indian including Dosa, mutter paneer, chili paneer, dal tadka, pani puri, bhel, pav bhaji and a lot more. Desserts included Jalebi and Gulab jamun. A very courteous team of people who were willing to help at every step. Absolutely awesome experience.β
βGreat stay, staff really friendly and a clean site. Facilities are not spectacular but are more than sufficient and are clean. Only issue was other people staying not knowing how to use a toilet brush. Great siteβ
βA small car park, about 12 spot, close to the reservoir. A short walk from there and your ready to set of for a walk around the reservoir.β
βGreat for exploring the hidden areas of nature. If you know 'The St. Katherine's Den' (in a photo below) you will probably find me hanging out with my sisterβ
βExceptional Professional Service And Advice.β
βWas in pain and saw Dr Amir and Dr Abraham, they managed to put me at ease, get rid of my pain. Thanks so much to all the team. They even gave me a sticker for being braveβ
βWe visited today and was warmly greeted by the lovely Kevin, who generously shared his expertise and offered advice on our needs and his recommendations. There was no hard sell or pressure; it was a truly delightful experience.β
βNice kid area .good for walk ,running and playing football and cricket. Big and cleanβ
