“Very kind lady in today who understood my situation and let me use the toilet- I DO NOT want to get her into trouble, I know it's a weird time, but she recognised it was urgent and no one else let me in anywhere else, which I think is awful as I am female (I don't need to explain I'm sure, when we need we need a restroom!). I left my bag outside the staff door etc. I don't want her to get in trouble at all, but she helped a client with a medical issue and I bought something to say thank you.
