βWhen you get past the constant fire alarms, the rooms are amazing and the quality of the space is exceptional. The front desk staff remain exceptional and exemplary greeting you with a smile every day. Overall, 5/5 experience.β
βEverything you would expect from a good hotel. The staff were lovely and accommodating, finding the room was easy, and the room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. I would come back to stay againβ
βVery good hotel right at the city centre with some good views Very accessible and the car park is handy incase you drive. Good buffet selection available for breakfast. The room had no soap available in the bathroom, I wish this can be checked before a new guest is booked.β
βI recently attended a wedding at this hotel restaurant, and I was truly impressed. The service was excellentβwarm, attentive, and very professional. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The dessert was absolutely exquisite, a perfect finale to a wonderful meal. Everything was organized perfectly, making the celebration even more special. I highly recommend this place for both dining and special events!β
βAbsolutely loved staying in this Travelodge and canβt wait for my next visit and shall stay again. Staff so helpful. Rooms do clean. Loved their remote control hoover. Shopping centre was a treat. Also nice walks along the Clyde few mins from hotel and views of planes.β
βIβve put 5 stars not because itβs a 5 star hotel but for the price it ticked all the boxes I expected well. Room was clean, staff were very helpful and the location is excellent. I didnβt have a car but thereβs a big multi storey covered car park across the road. The breakfast was fantastic. Buffet for your British stapes including beans scrambled egg sausage and bacon. Tea coffee and juice along with continental options plus a berry platter and other fruits. Tasted great but was very busy at 8:30 (they have an overflow room though so not a disaster). Would recommend and visit againβ
βThe location was downtown and bus stops all around. The room was perfect - just as described. Shower was good. The kitchen had what we needed. The washer/dryer worked well. The area isn't ideal, but we had no trouble because we made sure we weren't out and about late at night.β
βSafe place to live in big houses wonderful River siteβ
βThe people who work in hostel are very happy to help and will go out their way to make sure you have a happy stay in hostel nothing to much hassle for them and rooms are clean bright It is the best hostel I have been in and will be sorry to leave but things go on in life . The hostel is close to all local transport services which can get you all over the city and all over Scotland so handy for every thingβ
β10/10 Hailey, Aleshia, Alex and Luke treated us like family and all the staff were happy, friendly and helpful with a smile. Very professional, respectful and kind people. Generous onsite parking and a short walking distance from Glasgow airport terminals. The best premier inn in Scotland highly recommended accommodation. I will be returning again. Kindest regards Joeβ
βExcellent basic room close to the assigned parking we'd been given) Skyport) Clean room, welcoming and friendly staff, plenty of parking spaces available. You may want to dodge the adjoining restaurant we had a pretty grim dinner in there.β
βFrom checking to check out my two nights stay here was absolutely faultless. The staff from reception to Bar or extremely polite, helpful and courteous. I had breakfast and a snack here and both were extremely tasty and hearty. To be perfectly honest with you, I canβt understand why this is only been given a three star rating, it deserves more. Thoroughly recommend staying here I will definitely be back when Iβm in the area.β
βWonderful venue for our wedding. Special mention to Mia who went above and beyond to have the day running seamlessly. Food was superb and all the staff were lovely to speak to from start to finish. Our guests have since made return trips on their own to have another go on the menu the food was so nice.β
βHad a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Glasgow (Motherwell) - the location is perfect with a beautiful views from the room. Robert, Amanda, Natasha and Rueiri at reception was absolutely brilliant, taking time to chat and giving us excellent recommendations for local attractions. Their warm welcome and local knowledge really made our visit special. The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with high standards clearly maintained throughout. We also tried The Newhouse Beefeater restaurant right next door, which was so convenient. The menu has great variety and the food was delicious - definitely worth a visit. Between the stunning views, immaculate rooms, and the hotle's outstanding service, this was a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend and return!β

βNice room. Nice place. Located a bit away from the city centre. Code to get in the front door if you come in late at night.β
βPlace for great information & help on different daily living matters.β
βAmazing building with many amenities cafe, nursery and gym. Availability to rent boardroom and conference suite and if required will arrange catering.β
βMy daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights last week. The hotel is in an ideal location for The Kelpies and The Falkirk Wheel. Both reached by walking along the canal path. The room we had was in the annexe and was clean however parts of the bathroom could do with some small attention. Very good hot shower. The beds were comfy and there was a large TV on the wall. There was no noise from the nearby road, but we could hear the room above us walking around. A fan was given on request as the room was warm at night. The windows cannot be opened. Teabags, coffee, sugar, and milk in room on arrival and spares in the lobby to replenish when needed, without having to ask. Our breakfast order was taken and served piping hot by a polite and attentive member of staff, who also replenished the buffet and relaid tables quickly. The breakfast area was lovely, a shame they no longer open for meals in the evening, although we can recommend The Coppertop nearby. We were very apprehensive about staying at the hotel from the reviews but our experience proved ideal for us and we were not disappointed.β
βWhat a great place to stay in Falkirk. The rooms were extremely clean, beds comfy, and the bar served great food, and very affordable pints. Lastly the staff and owners were awesome and truly care, we had such a great time staying here. Edinburgh wishes they had places like this. Thank you so much - Andrew and Diana from Canada.β
βWe had my Mums wake here on Tuesday 21st October 25 and I cant stress enough how amazing everything was. The great service, the delicious food, the cakes!!!! the accommodation, the lovely staff.. Happy to recommend The Park Hotel to people. Well done indeed.β
βLoved staying here! A 5/10 mins walk from Central Station The rooms are perfect for a weekend away with all you need. Caitlin at reception was a star: courteous, kind, and gave us a welcome drink when checking-in; also shout out to her supervisor, who helped us out the entire stay! The beds are comfortable, room was clean, and every need had been met. Would recommend for anyone wanting to visit the beautiful Glasgow, as it is super close to the main attractions all by foot. (also available next to it a bus stop!)β
βKirsten at breakfast was very helpful and kept on filling and topping up the breakfast options. Very helpful / vegetarian menu available upon request. We stay in a family room and it was amazing.β
βRooms are in need of a refresh but still kept clean and had a lovely sleep. Gave it 5 stars even if it isnβt as new and fresh looking as some of the other premier inns I have stayed in as the staff were wonderful and friendly.β
βAbsolutely loved my stay at Premier Inn Stepps. The staff were so welcoming, the room was spotless, and the whole place had a really comfortable, relaxed feel. The location is perfect and parking was easy. Iβd happily stay again and highly recommend it!β
βPerfect for what we needed. Clean, pleasant and close to where we needed to be. Fair price. Staff member Karen on the front desk was so so lovely and chatted with me and my daughter. There was another 2 girls working while we were there and they were so friendly and accommodating.β
βExcellent location right by Central station and a short walk into the city centre. We parked at Jamaica Street just adjacent and with a considerable discount if you stay in the hotel. The hotel was super clean and staff were all friendly and efficient. Didn't use the restaurant so can't comment but the breakfast buffet offered a fabulous choice that was continually being refreshed. Tables were also cleaned away quickly. Stephan and his team all seemed to have a genuine rapport with each other which was apparent and lovely to see. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend for anyone thinking of a trip to Glasgow.β
βI have just had dinner in the Ivory and I must say it was delicious. Compliments to the chef. I cannot begin to say how lovely the waitress is. She certainly knows the etiquette of Good Friendly Customer Service.β
βStaff were really helpful and kind. Satnav directions correct. Lots of quick fast food places and basic shops nearby WiFi was DREADFUL, I paid for the premium WiFi, but it was worse than the free.β
