βA Lovely Local Hotel.. I'm fact the only Hotel left in the Beautiful Town of Lesmahagow. Reasonably Priced Ale/Beer/Cider and Spirits. Shorts and Shots a Pool Table and a friendly team behind the Bar make it a delightful experience morning noon or night.β
βPraceful Clean familyapartmentsβ
βThe staff at the Pocotel were fantastic! Great attitude, helpful and always available. Room was spotless and bed comfort can not be beat. There were great restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here.β
βI have lived here for half a year and totally appreciated the efforts the staff have paid. I could easily and naturally feel the warmth every time I was getting the parcel, reporting an issue, or participating an organized activity. The cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities have been exemplary, thanks to the diligent work of the housekeeping and maintenance teams. Their attention to detail and prompt action to address any issues has significantly contributed to the quality of my life here. Their responsiveness to any concerns or needs raised from me has been remarkable, making DM a true home away from home.β
βWe were looking for a hotel/B& B in the west end as we were attending a concert at the Hydro and we found found this little gem. The service we received was 2nd to none with all the staff we encountered friendly and helpful. The dΓ©cor in the place is very interesting with a dark but warm feel. The place is full of interesting objects that fit in really well with the style of the building. The room we had was spacious with great view out over Glasgow. The breakfast was continental style with plenty on offer from pastries, fresh fruits salads, cold meats and cheese amongst countless other things. The coffee was good too. All in I would really recommend the Alfred as a quirky, friendly place to stay.β
βStayed over for a night. Wasnt sure wether to book from looking at the photos of the outside but glad we did. Met with a warm reception by staff. Inside much better than the outside. Clean room comfortable sleep and everything we needed for our short stay. Id stay again 100%.β
βRoom well equipped and clean. Indian food was amazing, staff especially TJ very attentive and friendly. Handy location between Edinburgh Glasgow.β
βI've been a regular guest at the Brunswick Hotel for the past year on my work travels, and each visit consistently exceeds my expectations. Having travelled to Glasgow weekly for 2 years, I have tried every possible form of accommodation, including hotels and AirBnB's, and the Brunswick is, in my opinion, the best place to stay if you want to find the optimal balance between comfort, affordability and centrality of location. The rooms, including the standard rooms, are generously spacious for the price, with roomy en suites and luxurious showers. The rooms are impeccably clean, the beds are comfy and included are several really useful amenities: a desk, hairdryer, iron, and tea/coffee making facilities. Further, the staff go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and have numerous times extended me real kindness; this atmosphere seems a consequence of the hotel being a family-owned business. The staff's attentiveness and the overall ambiance of the Brunswick Hotel make it an ideal choice for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere in Glasgow. I highly recommend it to both business travellers and tourists, and would have given it more stars if I could.β
βI stayed here for one night. Was able to change my check in time with no difficulty at all. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and given keys to my room... there is someone on the front desk 24 hrs a day, this was very good for me especially as I needed to check out at 4am. Checking out was very simple, I just had to give keys back to desk. The room was very clean and had all the necessities, at the price of the rooms I was extremely happy with my stay and will be staying here again in the future!!β
βWent to Scotland to visit family and decided to stay at the Innkeeperβs Lodge in Strathclyde Park. We only booked for a one night stay but enjoyed it so much we decided to stay another night and luckily the room we stayed in was available for our second night so didnβt hesitate to book it. We stayed in the accessible room which was large enough for wheelchair access, the bed was really comfortable and it had a lovely wet roomβ¦we stayed on the bed and breakfast basis and each morning there is unlimited cooked breakfast with tea and coffee. It is very close to the Raith Interchange/M74 - A725 split but you donβt hear any traffic noise at all. We wouldnβt hesitate to stay here again if the need arises and would recommend it to anyone. The staff are lovely and really helpful and nothing was too much trouble if you needed anything.β
βJust back from a mothers day meal at fullarton park. The meal was absolutely first class, beautifully presented and delicious. I had the chicken sizzler and white chocolate cheesecake and my son had red Thai curry and a chocolate brownie. Would recommend any of these dishes. The girls who looked after all of us were excellent. Lovely girls lovely food can't wait to go backβ
βThe receptionist and her colleague were so polite and welcoming - she had long dark hair, I forget her name. Her and her colleague were advising us about parking for the Tutankhamen Exhibition. She was just so genuine and had real customer service skills.β
βI very much enjoyed staying here. βΊοΈ Staff is kind and very helpful. The building has it old charm. There are 3 subways stations about 16-20 min walk. Kelvinhall is the best one as it is just a walk down the road and avoids the park at night. Bus stops just out front of hotel. There is loads of places to eat and there are grocery stores near by. The beds are a little uncomfortable. Besides the bed, I would stay here againβ
βSuch a lovely stay an amazingly warm welcome from Harry and Kiera who looked after us so well during our stay. Thank you to you both you are stars! The bar is lovely for a drink and a great breakfast as well. Bedrooms were spotless good size and lovely only down side was very warm and window opening restricted so felt a little stuffy.β
βWe spent two nights here as we were attending a wedding in the area. The room was a great size with lots of space for getting ready and relaxing. The bathroom was lovely and spotless! Breakfast was delicious and all staff were friendly and helpful. One issue we had was no remote for the television. We asked about this at reception and were given one that didn't work. This was annoying as we were too tired to go down and ask for a second time so just done without television for our stay.β
βPerfect place to stay for flying out the next day. Smoking areas outside, as they all are these days, but more than just one. Plus there is a sheltered area just a short 50yard walk towards the airport where you can smoke without getting rained on! They allow you to get deliveroo etc and will call the room when its there. Never had dinner there so can't comment, but menu looks pretty decent. You can hear the planes taking off, but then you're next to an airport... the noise is minimal with the triple glazing. Blackout curtains. My wife and I had a great night's sleep.β
βStayed here just the one night as we had a night out booked in Glasgow. Our room was great. Lovely and clean with a huge bed. Staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choice . Would definitely return . They have huge suites which our friends had and if you are staying longer I would highly recommend one of these.β
βIβve had a wonderful experience staying at Safestay Charing Cross, Glasgow. Iβve been here for over 15 days now, and it has truly felt like a home away from home. The staff members are extremely supportive, friendly, and have a very welcoming, chill vibe. During my stay, Iβve had the pleasure of connecting with some amazing team membersβAnnik, David, Sejal, Tanmay, Vivek, Sarah, and Tiagoβwho made my experience even more special. Their coordination, kindness, and constant support really stand out. Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic stay, and Merry Christmas to everyone. Youβre all doing an incredible job! β₯οΈβ¨β
βThe staff at this hotel were so kind upon check-in! The room was also cleaner than the hotel I stayed at in Edinburgh. For a basic hotel before your flight this was a great choice for me, no frills but cleanliness and friendliness. The dinner and breakfast menu also had expansive options, including vegan, and looked delightful. I did not eat it though!β
