“Walked in after a hard shift at the factory and found out my dog Wesley had passed. A wee lad Matthew was on the tills, he comforted me and offered his condolences to Wesley, this was all I needed to hear to turn my life around, thank you Matthew for the great service to your community and your dedication to Kruger Bing. Food was awful and resturaunt was grimy but would go pay that lads wages”

“Great service, staff are lovely and friendly every time we visit. Move getting to use my blue light discount too!! Super value for money even without the blue light discount. Always enjoy our meals here! We had the festive menu, excellent portion sizes!”

“I had a lovely meal at cast iron restaurant. I had ordered the mushroom ravioli with white truffle sauce and i must say it was delicious and the portion was big. The two staff i would like to highlight is Stephen who was the host,he was so friendly and welcoming,has a very positive personality and the other is Josue who took my order and served, he is so lovely,great to talk and very hospitable, he knew i wanted some bread but did not order the bread basket as it would be too much for one person so he requested the chef to add 3 slices on the side along with butter,i was so happy and surprised. Both Stephen and Josue came to check on me during my dinner. I will surely come by again for the lovely meal and great service. Thank you.”

“Amazing customer service from the young team on 20 Jun at 8 pm. Better than any other Fast Food Chain I have been to. They got our order wrong but were quick to make a fresh burger. The vegan patty was disgusting. However that's a fault of BK and not this particular restaurant. Thanks team!”

“We had Tracey serving us today, she was so helpful and had a smile whole time, which is so hard to come by. Tracey was taking all the orders on her own, making the drinks and serving...A+ to be able to do that by herself and still be so helpful and not stressed! Food is always nice. This is one of the best places for customer service, like I said very hard to come by nowadays. We will be back!!”

“Before we even said anything the manager had said he was getting another hot dog for our daughter as it was too well done. He then made sure this was cooked to perfection. Also gotta hand it to them when they presented me with cake as it was my birthday and sang happy birthday. These guys know how to look after the customer and damn the dawgs are good”
