“Lovely apartments nices and clean. The staff and ower's are very friendly and very helpful. The apartment right in the center only a minute walk to the beach. There is plenty of take aways and restaurants closes by too.”

“A proper little oasis. Making a tour on our motorcycles, we stumbled upon the Green Dragon. We needed safe parking for our bikes, good accommodation, decent beer and a hearty meal. The staff provided with all of the above, nothing was too much trouble for them. Thanks Folks. Timpo.”

Food was delicious, drinks poured strong and promptly. Enjoying a great afternoon would be ideal in this idyllic area. “My partner and I had a lovely stay here. The location is great as it's right near town and Princes Ave. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. They we're also very helpful in regards to finding places in the area. The room was comfy and clean and provided very nice tea/coffee/biscuits. We really enjoyed the cooked breakfast and there was also a good variety of other options available- cereals etc. We'll definitely be staying again!”

“I can't fault RPMS in the 8 years i have been with them. Any repairs i reported were dealt with swiftly, I also couldn't fault the landlord as nothing was ever questioned, what needed doing was done. The staff at RPMS are friendly, i'd particularly like to point out that Laura Saunders was very efficient when it came to move out and handover time. She made viewings on the property that i was still in as convenient for me as she possibly could whilst we were still living there which i really appreciated with having children. She is a friendly, approachable member of the team. I can't recommend RPMS enough, I wouldn't hesitate to rent through them in the future should the occasion arise.”

“Whitakers make moving home how it should be and certainly break the stereotype of estate agents. Andy came and gave a realistic valuation, not too low just so they could look good selling your property quickly or too high to make it seem you’ll get more (who wouldn’t want to sell their home for more). This was because Andy came well prepared, bringing details of comparative properties and recently sold properties to back up his valuation to provide that balance between selling quickly but also maximising the potential return. Within a couple of days of instructing Whitakers, we had photographs taken, a draft brochure and the listing live - the premium package also gave us additional exposure and worked as the social media package is what actually prompted the viewing. Throughout the whole process Leanne kept us up to speed - she made the whole process stress free. Considering this is the biggest move we’ve made and were anxious about - she put us at ease. She chased the buyers and their solicitors for updates and then our own Solicitors and provided us with regular updates - having moved twice with two other agents before, Whitakers communication was superior and even when we rang the office and Leanne wasn’t free, you didn’t have to leave a message, the other team members seemed to understand the status of all their clients. Things go wrong and not all things are plain sailing, moving day came and once Leanne knew we were exchanging and completing on the same day, she stepped in to make sure we had regular updates through the day - again letting us focus on moving. And the morning after we moved into our new home I even received an email from Andy wishing us all the best in our new home. These small details made a huge impact. The staff in branch are a credit to Whitakers and Andy has done brilliant building a team that put the customer first. I’d have no issues at all recommending Whitakers. Great service and great value - you certainly get what you pay for and more with the team at Whitakers. It’s a huge thank you for us.”

Always available on the phone, any issues get dealt with on the same day. Multi language staff is able to provide help to multiple nationalities.”

“I arrived to a warm welcome after a long drive from Brighton with my lab/collie dog. Jo was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again when visiting family.”

“This place will never win any Michelin stars, however the staff were very friendly and helpful, and couldn't do enough for my dog and baby. The food was basic but nice and plentiful. The only criticism I have it there were no hand pump on for the beers, but there was an IPA that was pleasant enough.”

“From reading the reviews I genuinely wasn’t looking forward to it, however we stayed at the weekend and I was pleasantly surprised, the lodge was more modern then the photos showed, it was lovely and clean really couldn’t complain. A man at the site came and filled the hot tub back up the next day, in-fact he left the pipe in case we needed it doing again. Obviously there were little bits of odd jobs that needed doing due to general wear and tear but for the price you really can’t complain. Absolutely would return and recommend.”

“I had a great stay last week. Chaotic travel to Beverley so it was fantastic to get such a welcoming stay. I had lovely beer, massive comfy room, nice conversation and even a couple of rounds of cards. Next morning I was treated to a great full English breakfast. What a find! Certainly recommend staying, and would be a pub I'd enjoy have a few pints at too”

“I love pubs like Manor Farm however, it's great to visit a proper good old pub every now and then. The availability and variety of products both alcoholic and soft drinks are both fab. From what I believe, food is only done at certain times. The staffs attitude towards people with disabilities including Autism is good and they treat people with respect and dignity. When I go in, it's not normally busy, although I've never been on a Friday night or a weekend.”

“The process was very easy and fast and so far everyone has been helpful, specially sasha and georgia. They attend all the queries and question we have starting from property viewing up to application. Also they granted some of the request we ask for the property.”

“We had a wonderful wedding here and want to say a huge thank you to Beth, who was incredible from start to finish. After two years of planning, nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made everything feel personal and special. The on-the-day coordinator was also fantastic, keeping everything running smoothly (and even saving the day with a cocktail at the end of the aisle!), and the evening team and bar staff the night before were all so kind and helpful. There were a few areas that could be improved – breakfast being served in the reception room meant guests saw the setup early, there’s no bridal suite for getting ready, and the bar staff on the wedding day seemed quite new and a little overwhelmed, especially with the wine service. That said, the Pavilion Suite was spacious, the food was amazing (with lovely thoughtful touches and great catering for dietary needs), and overall the team worked so hard to make it a magical day. With a few tweaks from management, this venue could be perfect, and we’d still happily recommend it to future couples”

“Went to a baby shower at the restaurant @ the Gardeners country inn today 1/10/22. The owners/managers were such lovely people and went over and above to make sure we had a lovely time. Food excellent, staff couldn’t do enough for us and the venue was just perfect. Lovely place to have a wedding/christening or party. Couldn’t recommend it enough. Thank you all.”

“Stayed in an excellent caravan on the meadows.. very quiet, the site was extremely clean. We had the added bonus of ducks ducklings swans and cygnets to watch on the ponds. Would definitely stay here again.”
