“I am the fussiest person alive when it comes to my piggies. I researched so many other places and have tried them but never ever been satisfied until I found Karen at The Warren. It is over an hour's drive from me and not convenient when you have a long airport drive also but the standard of care provided is an absolute priority. I knew when meeting Karen that I had made the right choice of setting to leave my babies and this turned out to be a decision I will never regret. I have 4 guineas and was going away for almost a month. I was absolutely terrified at leaving them to the point where I was in tears and quite stressed about going. Karen sent me daily photos and videos and it was such a relief to see my piggies settle in, get used to their surroundings and bond with Karen. I wasn't just being told they were ok I could see it and that made the world of difference. After 2 weeks though 1 of my piggies became very ill (with a recurring condition). Karen noticed immediately and she took her to the emergency vets, got her treated and provided intensive care (syringe feeding and meds around the clock). There is no doubt she saved her life. I will never leave my piggies with anyone else. The love, care and attention she showed them was like they get at home. Their luxurious suite was amazing for them and the food and hay top quality. Highly, highly recommend and to anyone still looking for small pet care. Stop looking as this is the perfect place.”

I couldn't be more at ease when Lenny is in thier care. They're professional responsive and have great communication skills whilst I am away offshore and keep me updated with how Lenny is getting along. As a veteran myself, I knew he would be in solid hands with Nick and Karl and from the start they've keep Lenny safe, fit and in check since he started with them. “EASTDALE B&B is one of the best places we have stayed. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our room at the top of the house was very quiet with comfortable beds and lovely outlooks over gardens and countryside. The breakfast was great and we could watch the birdlife as we ate. However Kerry is an absolute angel, she has worked extremely hard with Bobby over the last 3 years to build up his trust and to create a lovely bond. She never pushes him past his comfort zone and ensures that how he feels is the most important thing. After what happened I am also a nervous owner however as soon as we arrive at Bo’bella and I see Bobby run up to Kerry and give her kisses all over her face all of my worries melt away. I cannot speak highly enough of Kerry, our entire family would be lost without her and it means the world to us that Bobby is slowing becoming more comfortable with his grooms. Confident to let him exercise off the lead and also helps train him to walk better when on the lead. Gives good feedback after each walk, including photos. Happy to give her access to our house when we’re out so she can take the dog out and return him before we get back. Overall very happy with the service.”
