“Came this morning for for a coffee and chocolate twist and was exceptional service checking allergens for me and being very friendly and kind. When I got to work I realised I must have been given someone else's coffee. Didn't call or anything as accidents happen. Anyway by chance I ended up going back for a late lunch later in the day and mentioned my coffee in the morning and the lovely staff remembered me and gave me my tea for free. Excellent service and super friendly staff. I only left a bad review at a London costa couple of weeks ago for mega contrast in customer care. Maybe the London staff could come to this store for some training ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️”

“Only nipped in for the Toblerone hot chocolate after a long day of shopping. Quick and easy service! Clean and refreshing environment! Lots to offer the customers. Got a seat right away after ordering. The hot chocolates were made instantly and looked absolutely fantastic. Was given a little Toblerone to go with the drink and a little spoon for the cream. Tasted absolutely delicious all the way to the bottom. It was a well deserved Christmas treat and I would definitely recommend trying it.”

“One of my favourite places to eat in Hebden. The prices are affordable and the food is incredible, I always suggest this place when asked. If you're a fan of toasties, loaded fries, and chai lattes this is the place for you (no, seriously, their chai latte is my favourite). I last went in February and whilst inside a torrential rain picked up, the staff were laughing along with us as we joked we'd just have to stay inside forever. Lovely environment and friendly staff makes Hebden Sarnies a wonderful place to dine. Can't wait till I'm back.”

“Stopped here today for a truckers full English and i have to say it was 10/10. I had the large breakfast with bottomless tea and i didn’t leave feeling bloated like you sometimes do after a breakfast it was just right. All staff are friendly and welcoming l!! so it’s a massive thumbs up you will see me again at some point in the future.”

“So happy we came across this cafe. The food was delicious, good quality and very good value. Lovely coleslaw and side salad with sandwiches. The cafe is clean and nicely decorated. “Just had the most incredible experience at Cha Cha Chai Huddersfield, The aloo paratha is hands down the most authentic and delicious I've ever had. Paired perfectly with their Kashmiri pink chai and karak chai - both are absolute game-changers! I'm obsessed! And the best part? They surpass the expectations set by my favorite chaiwala! Highly recommend trying these out, you won't regret it! 5 stars isn't enough!”

“Went yesterday around 1145 or thereabouts. Served by a very friendly and knowledgeable young man. I was with my wife. His service and recommendations were impeccable. He really raised the bar for customer service. We both really enjoyed our experience. A true asset to this Chaiwala. He told me his good name but I have forgotten it. “Had a tasty lunch here while on a visit to the house to see the Christmas displays. Located in the former stables, this cafe was clean and nicely decorated for Christmas, and there was also a marquee in the courtyard and some outside tables. It can get very busy here with people queuing out of the door, but I got here early and the service was quick. I ordered and paid for my meal at the counter, and the food was brought to my table. The menu offered a small but tempting selection of sandwiches, soup, jacket potatoes and homemade cooked meals, with many of the ingredients sourced from the Harewood estate. There was also a children's menu. I opted for the chestnut mushroom and bean chilli served with rice. It was medium spicy, well cooked and nicely presented. The pot of tea was hot and fresh. Prices were reasonable (card payment only). Enjoyed the food so much that I returned later in the afternoon to buy a tuna crunch bap and a spiced muffin to take home. The staff were both helpful and friendly.”
