“It was an early start for me today as I had a hospital appointment. I decided to have breakfast here and take medication with the food. I am coeliac so checked that they would be able to accommodate some gf food for me. I was met by a really lovely lady who advised me how they would cook my breakfast. Also needed some water for meds which was given without fuss. I will definitely be back. Thank you.”

“So many negative reviews for no reason! I recently switched to this pharmacy from Boots and honestly I'm sad I didn't switch sooner! The pharmacy processes my prescriptions (sent electronically from my GP) within the week, most times it's within 2 days which is perfect. One of my medications is affected by a current global shortage, but the pharmacy does ring me and let's me know that they don't have it in stock. After working in pharmacy myself I know that they can't do anything about it so I'm not annoyed at them in the slightest - it's just how it is. They have also liaised with my GP about their current stock and whether the brand or strength can be changed, which helps me massively (i.e. I don't have to attempt to ring every pharmacy within a 10 mile radius to source my medication). Maybe I have just come to expect so little from pharmacies after dealing with Boots for years, but no I honestly believe that this pharmacy is great. They pick up their phone almost immediately if I need to ring them, and they also send a text reminder when my meds are ready to pick up.”

“I purchased a number of Ultra (Hudson Reed) furniture and ceramic items for the refurbishment of our en-suite and cloakroom. We purchased from Ergonomic Designs who were very helpful and delivery (direct from Ultra) was extremely prompt and effective. I would however like to comment very positively about the service received from Jemma and Phil on customer support at Ultra. We had a problem where one of the furniture panels was damaged during fitting. I rang Ultra Customer Services and was advised that the particular part was not stocked as a spare however Jemma said she would check whether this part was available as a salvage item from a previously returned item. I was very lucky. Jemma emailed me back later in the day to say one had been located and would be posted to me at a very fair price. I later spoke to Phil who was also really helpful on the phone whilst taking my order. I get the impression customer care matters at Ultra. Thanks very much.”

“First time buyer, Got lucky i guess.. ordered the new air max 1 86 big bubble on the day of release , sold out immediately everywhere. But they had one in my size so I went for it,( 2 minutes later they sold out ) received my item 3 days later double boxed (was the most important to me) and the perfect shoes !! Absolutely happy with my order!!! BUT reading others reviews I’m not sure i will risk it to buy again from them … lol”

“Absolutely amazing service from BedWord!! Following a serious health condition my mum required an adjustable bed on her return from the hospital. I called BedWorld on a Sunday evening and a fella named Kamran answered. I asked if they could deliver the bed prior to my mum’s return from the hospital on Thursday of the new week. Kamran informed me that the store was closed and he was simply completing some paperwork in the office and that he could not take my order. Kamran advised me to place the order online and to add notes in relation to when I require the bed and their team will do their best. I placed the order with little hope. However, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call the following day, on Monday, to be informed that, given the circumstances, they will expedite and the bed will be delivered on Wednesday. As promised the bed was delivered on Wednesday. Brilliant service! Following a period of 4 months I returned to BedWorld and I placed an order for another adjustable bed. On this occasion I explained that mum would now be moving back to her bedroom and to assist her we are installing a stairlift and require the bed before the stairlift is installed on Thursday. Otherwise the bed will be difficult to move upstairs. I placed my order on Monday morning. That very afternoon I received a call informing me that they will expedite and deliver the bed on the next day, Tuesday, albeit it will be late in the afternoon/evening. As promised the bed has arrived. I appreciate these are very particular circumstance and no doubt this is not BedWorld’s usual service level. That said, BedWorld should not be expected to adhere to such service level at all times. The purpose of this detailed review is to showcase a company who will go over and beyond when called upon. On this occasion, BedWorld has achieved excellence in service. Thank you to the team at BedWorld for your excellent service during this difficult time. Highly recommended!!”
