The merion store is really cool. 1 of the female staff members with the short hair was abit grumpy which did it ruin my experience.”

“Firstly the tyre deal was the cheapest found online. Have never used F1 before so was not sure what to expect. Communication was excellent and was met by Wayne who was fully aware of the booking and how long it would take. Very straight forward and professional service from the team there and car was ready without any issues. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.”

Dropped my car off in morning, got a call couple hours later with fault diagnosed (tear in pipe to turbo), was fully fixed and ready in a few hours. “Fantastic service by Gem today in Snow and Rock, Leeds. Really knew his stuff and took the time to understand my requirements and issues, whilst adding relevant knowledge and information as to what I require, not only for my level now but as I (hopefully!) progress to ensure longevity of the boots I buy. Had a full custom boot fit including bespoke insoles and I’ve ended up with boots that cause me no pain and fit like slippers, whilst being tight in all the right places. Would 100% recommend him and the service. No more hire boot agony!”

“Well, what a gem of a store. The ladies are very friendly, helpful and relaxed which is a really good thing and most of all they are happy. I really enjoy going to see them. If you park in the Orange car park they are just under half way round (going right when you enter the outlet on the left side). As a big lad, it's also brilliant for me to find that they have 4-5XL tops in stock at awesome offer prices. Thank you ladies, it is genuinely a pleasure.”
