“When the waiter was making a show of wiping our plates before placing them, I noticed a speck of greenery left on the plate. I didn't say anything, because the waiter immediately apologised for it and took the plate away to give us a new one. That showed that he was actually paying attention rather than just going through the motions - a very good sign, which was backed up by the rest of the service. The waiters were a couple of older gentlemen with an air of grizzled competence and professionalism which inspires immediate confidence. The food itself was way above expectations too, and the prices are almost ridiculously low - it's almost cheaper to eat dinner here than it is to have a quick lunch in the likes of Starbucks or Costa. Definitely recommended.”

“An absolutely wonderful experience with truly delicious food. The wild mushroom soup was a solid 12/10 absolutely outstanding! The rabbit liver could have been a bit crunchier, but the flavor was still excellent. My cousin had the “Gypsy-style pancake” and it was also absolutely delicious. The restaurant’s atmosphere and interior design are beautiful, and the view of the river makes it even more special. It was also great to chat with the staff in Polish - such a nice touch when you’re abroad and can still hear your native language while enjoying authentic, high-quality Polish cuisine. The service was superb: attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!”

“I've had breakfast here and the food is amazing, well worth the money aswell the staff are friendly and chatty. They follow the covid protocol aswell which is great. They have started doing takeaway afternoon teas, which I had ordered 1 for me and my partner and it was amazing well worth the money aswell. “An absolutely little gem in Walton! It’s the most child friendly cafe that I’ve ever visited and couldn’t cater anymore to our little ones. Even better than the food is delicious too and it’s over the road from a lovely little park. We come here regularly and my little boy is always asking for the waffles. It’s really rare to find places that’s are inclusive for children, so thank you so much for always making mine feel welcome!”

The staff are friendly and also very aware of social distancing and safety measures. We felt very safe and will be back. “Amazing food, it was really tasty and full of flavour and was great value for money, portion sizes are very good including side dishes. Friendly and attentive staff, no wait in being seated (Thursday mid-day) and gave good recommendations. Very clean and nice looking restaurant and lots of condiments to add on to food. Drink selection was also very good, the menu was a bit hard to read with the background but that's the only issue I had, a menu redesign would be much appreciated with higher contrast and some pictures to show some dishes, alternatively you can look at the online menu too.”

“Not from the local area but was told this place makes the best burgers in the area so had to gave it try. The burger was excellent, you can add various toppings/sauces etc. The chips with spice seasoning were also excellent, a large portion, lightly crispy, soft and fluffy inside served piping hot. Everything was cooked fresh in front of you, grilled onions were made fresh and everything was of excellent quality and packaged well to takeaway. The place was spotlessly clean and excellent service too. Wish it was in my local area.”
