“Last minute decision for a meal for 7 - couldn't get a table at our preferred place so took a chance here. Reviews were not great but we thought we'd give it a try. Well it was good, even better than good! Quite a range of starters and mains with just a bit of a delay getting the mains to the table. “First time ordering from here we ordered the build your own menu for two, the food was of a very high standard nice and hot and very generous portions. My wife got her starter and was surprised when i told her there was a full main meal to follow i only ate half my portions thats how much food there was, i can honestly say this is the best value for money we have had. “The best value for money Chinese in the area by far. So many local places prices are sky high! Silver river offers great value, great flavour and fast delivery. Sometimes the fried rice can be claggy and not day old rice is my only gripe. Otherwise, stick with these and you can't lose.”

“I ordered The Hotbox from Hotbox, and honestly, it was a solid choice. For £25, you get a double smash burger, hot honey tenders, crispy chilli beef, and bacon fries. The smash burger was spot-on, juicy, full of flavor, and exactly how a smash burger should be. The hot honey tenders surprised me; crispy on the outside, tender inside, and that sweet heat just worked. The crispy chilli beef was probably my favorite, loads of flavor, nice crunch, just really good. The bacon fries were a nice touch too, fresh, hot, and just the right amount of indulgent. Everything turned up hot, fresh, and ready to demolish. No complaints, just good food.”

“Amazing food! Wouldn’t change it for the world. The Donner meat is tender and delicious, the chicken is tasty and given in good size. I wouldn’t complain about the food at all. My only piece of feedback would be personally they need to try and invest in some takeaway boxes for the kebabs instead of tinfoil and paper as the sauce always gets stuck on the tinfoil and you end up loosing a lot of the sauce apart from that the takeaway has never doubted me.”
