I bought a coat from them in April (Ogston lightweight) but unfortunately it had developed a flaw, upon showing the ladies in the store i was told i could choose a replacement or send off for a repair. I opted for a replacement! I chose a 6Oz Sylkoil jacket, the Bristol i believe, and it fitted great in an XL (it's a slim fitting jacket) but it was simply too long. The lady in the store then shown me the Ashby which is the same design, just shorter, it fit perfeclty in the same size, and the length was perfect too, making it really suit me! Love my new jacket, worn it more this past week since getting it than my ogston had in total! Will be back for sure!”

“The lady (who I can only identify as the one who has a 16-yr old daughter and a 19-yr old son) did acrylics for me. I suffer with a sweaty hand condition and I’m incredibly insecure about it and it has deterred me from having my nails done in the past due to the negative reactions of nail techs. Most of them either do a rushed job so they don’t have to handle my hands for any longer than absolutely necessary or they feel the need to pass rude comments about it. ANYWAY, she did a fantastic job and wasn’t perturbed by the moistness of my hands, saying both her and her daughter have a similar issue. The nails are uniform and smooth and the finish is glossy and even. The lady was pleasantly chatty (which is why I know about her kids!). Seems like a small thing but it really meant that I had a positive experience and I would definitely go back.”

“Wow wow wow !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ l am absolutely , blown away by the service , the workmanship of these 2 fitters , Dad & Son they worked none stop , they did my 2 rooms in 3 days , l left them to it while l went to work , my dad came round to check on them to see if they needed food or drinks , but they were like 2 machines didn’t stop !! 100% trust worthy , got to say they are an absolute credit to Starplan , they must thourght l was mad as l was choked with happiness and got upset infront of them . Also l must say Maddie designed both rooms and was 100% happy to make everthing we wanted work and it sure did , thank you so much Maddie . I also got a custom made bed off them to match my bedroom furniture … another Wow l think l need a ladder to get on that super thick Mattress it is the Rhapsody Natural pocket collection.. 100% class :) l will be on cloud nine sleeping tonight , also last to mention the Lovely Kirsty in customer service , l know it’s her by her lovely voice , so helpful polite and very friendly , every bussiness needs her on the frontline , thank you so so much , l must add that this is my second house l have bought , and didn’t think twice to use them as yet again to furnish the bedrooms .
