“Visited Lakeside with the hope of finding an outfit for my sons wedding. First shop I went into and what a delightful experience it was. From the moment I walked in Jayne was so helpful and I came away completely fitted out and extremely happy. They even packed it up and sent it to my daughter as we were on the way home to Spain and didn't have room in our luggage. Couldn't recommend them enough.”

“This shop is amazing! The dresses are beautiful and the Lakeside branch stocks a lot of dresses here that other Apricot stores don't seem to. The shop is bright and clean and laid out well. The clothes are of a great quality with reasonable prices to match. Totally worth a visit.”

“Being a larger man I was dreading drudging around lakeside being told " we only do your size online" so when I walked into N A Menswear on Saturday 23/03/24 I spoke to a very well dressed chap ( I an sorry I didn't get his or the lady who helped me Sunday) who couldn't do enough to help. He found the biggest jacket in the shop, but was not big enough, so he was on the phone and found a black suit, to be collected by a colleague on her way in on Sunday. I tried the 3 piece suit on and as he was aware I needed it on Tuesday he turned up the trousers while we waited . I can't thank N A Menswear of lakeside enough for your personal assistance in purchasing this suit and I will highly recommended that they come to you first. Thank you again.”

“Wife and I just went in to just browse very close to the shop's closing time. The manager helped us answer all the questions we had and also ensured that I can try a pair even though we were feeling guilty that the shop was close to closing time. The service she provided was not rushed at all and she took the time to help with size and we left purchasing my first ever Timberlands. Very happy customers!”

When collecting the items, Donna demonstrated how everything worked and answered all of our questions. All staff were very friendly and personable even when the shop was a little busy. “I just wanted to give a massive thank you to Penny and Dami at the Lakeside Moss Bros store for their outstanding customer service. We walked in just 30 minutes before closing, fully aware it was a last-minute visit — but that didn’t stop them from going above and beyond for us. Not only did they assist us right up until closing, but they stayed an extra 30 minutes after hours just to make sure I was fully sorted with the perfect suit. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help — even with the time pressure. Penny and Dami made what could’ve been a stressful last-minute shop feel smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. It’s rare to find staff who care that much. “Visited this shop to get some trainers for myself and my husband. The service was good, but took a while to get our trainers as it was a bit busy. One staff member wasn't great and didn't look remotely interested in her job or look like she wanted to be there. The other guy went out his way to help me find my size and gave me advice on the sizing. We did purchase a pair each.”
