“A spacious store over two levels. Well-stocked food section, with plenty of variety to choose from. The clothes department, spread over the two floors, had a large range of styles, too. The newly-revamped cafe (tucked away on the first floor) looked relaxing. The whole store was very impressive.”

“The store in Wood Green has the best manager Bianca. Congratulations on choosing this girl to be your manager. I've been shopping there for so long I thought she was an employee. Yesterday I asked and found out she was the manager. She always helps me when I go. I don't speak the language very well. She slowly explains what I want to know. “Marks and Spencer Romford is a medium size department store in The Liberty Shopping Centre. It is very easy to access via FoodHall which is near South Street. And there is a popular cafe on the first floor. I am glad that I have found what I need to buy and self service tills are available for quick pay and go. The staff are hardworking and attentive!”

“Excellent shopping experience at River Island, store was extremely busy, but the staff were fantastic in keeping all the sale racks tidy, and all the sale items organised! River Island have really upped their menswear for this summer. I picked up really nice summer sets, and holiday outfits today at very reasonable prices. They had a huge variety of products, and had a wide range of options available in store. I managed to pick up a £38 formal quarter zip jumper for £12 on sale too, and there was a great amount of clothing on sale. Managed to pick up chino shorts for a tenner each. I really loved how River Island has improved their essentials too. The River Island Studio plain t-shirts are of high quality and fit very well. They feel very premium when you touch them and very comfortable to wear. There were plenty of suits on sale minimum 70% off, unfortunately, might size wasn’t in stock. The overall customer service was excellent, but if you come here on a weekday evening or something it’ll be much better as the store won’t be that overcrowded. Overall, I highly recommend River Island to you!”

“Sutton Deichmann was excellent customer service, i had an issue with the hounslow branch and croydon branch as they lied about changing or refund the shoes. After serious complaint this branch changed the shoes no issues. If you go to any branch of Deichmann and they say they can't change, refund or if you got 2 left pairs like me and they say they can't don't listen to them..stay there until they change or refund or ask for manager. As i can confirmed that you can change as i been told by they senior manager and area manager.”

“Really pleased with the customer service from Emma and Michelle. I bought a beautiful and very comfy pair of ankle boots that had a slight flaw. They collected them the same day via courier and had a new pair to me the next day. Unfortunately these had a different flaw and both were the last two pairs in my size. These are going back again same day and the first pair are arriving back with me tomorrow at a discount. These things happen, but you couldn’t have been better at sorting it out. Many thanks and looking forward to wearing my new boots.”
