I love the soya hot chocolate and if you are regular join their loyalty programme. Located near St Ann's Mall and St George's shopping centre. The service even at this time (busy builder hour) is on point rapid and friendly from my very first visit. “I go to this Starbucks because Lauren and the team really care about their jobs. Which would be unique anywhere, but they are the only coffee shop in Romford that does. Consistently exceptional! Today Natasha, at 1 minute to closing happily made me a flat white and only after completing the drink did they realise that they hadn't included the extra shot. With the stress of customers having to be sho'ed away every 30 seconds because they can see me in there. Having supposed to have finished... That still... Without hesitation. Put the coffee to the side and made another, with three shots and arguably better Latte Art than the one before, was fantastic and shows a very solid moral courage! I felt respected! Thank you all, it's a pleasure being your customer.”

“I got as far as the door before finding dogs weren't allowed. It appeared to be the first time someone has asked - as the staff stared silently at each other before telepathically deducing that the answer was no. Anyway, my wing man ordered the coffees which were of good quality and supplied in a timely fashion. Sadly, I was only able to get a picture of the inside through the closed door, but it looked nice, cosy and clean inside. Outside seating has been created in an imaginative and optimistic way...which makes it difficult to get a picture of the place without including an industrial bin!”
