βI just want to share my positive experience with this GP and the whole team at the clinic. Every time we have visited, theyβve been genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Booking an appointment has always been easy, and they try their best to fit you in as soon as possible. The staff are kind and approachable, and the doctor really listens and makes you feel comfortable and cared for. Iβve seen some negative reviews, but I honestly donβt understand themβmy experience has been nothing but good. Everyone there works hard and treats patients with respect. Iβm really grateful to have a GP like this and wouldnβt hesitate to recommend them.β
βI donβt know why this GP has not got 5 * reviews, probably because of they couldnβt help much because of pandemic or patients has misjudged them. I just joined this GP a year ago as I moved in Uxbridge. Receptionist are very friendly and helpful. Over the time me and my wife spoke with receptionist and GP so many times regarding us and our little 6 months old son. The service we have received so far is beyond our expectations. They always ready to help as much as they can from their side. Very happy with all staffs, services and care. I saw Dr Shaikh last time and spoke with Dr Garsin last. And of course Dr Sharma is very very good. And want to say Thank You to all the team.β
βIβve always had a positive experience at this surgery. The reception staff are polite, efficient, and do their best to help with appointments and queries. The doctors take time to listen and explain everything clearly, which really puts me at ease. I appreciate how thorough they are with follow-ups, tests and referrals when needed. The nurses are also very kind and supportive. Overall, I feel well cared for every time I visit, and Iβm grateful to have such a reliable GP surgery in my area.β
βI have been a patient at Hatch End surgery for over 10 years. In that time, Dr Rudd has proved to be the most patient, caring and compassionate of doctors. She genuinely cares about her patients and, importantly, ensures they receive prompt and appropriate treatment. I pray she continues working there for the next 30 years!β
βI've been going to Hanwell Health Centre for a long time now. The Doctors and staff have always been very helpful and accommodating. The receptionist are a blessing especially Hibaq. She is the one i always see the most. Always has a welcoming smile and nothing is ever too much for her to do for you. I thank everyone down at the centre.β
βWe have used Rightsure for our landlord insurance for about three years now. Each renewal is competitive and generally we regard the pricing to be good. We never seem to be able to beat them using comparison sites.β
βI recently had a routine check and Nurse Rachel was brilliant! She explained everything clearly, made the process easy, and was kind and professional throughout. Really appreciated her care.β
βThe receptionists are always so lovely and helpful! I have only been to see the nurse Becky but she is also equally as amazing as the receptionists.β
βMy children have been with Sutton CAMHS from the age of 7, they are now 17 & 16 years old. Over the 10 years of service we have received from them it has always been to the highest standards. They are a credit to the NHS and worth their weight in gold. Dr Bridget Berg is one of the best psychological doctors I have ever come across. She has helped my family so much and we are so grateful for her help and advice. She is so knowledgeable and always puts the child first. Even when it comes to the office/receptionist staff; Dionne, Jessica, Andrea, Yasmin & Ellie. They are amazing and so helpful. They are so patient and will always give you thier time to listen you about what is going on in yours and your child's life. They all show empathy and understanding and will always advise you the best way they can. Me and my children are so grateful to them for all their help over the years. I don't know what we'd do without them. So thank you sutton CAMHS for everything you do. Not just for me and my family but for everyone who comes through your doors. Cheryl Giddings.β
βIβve had some bad coil replacement/gyno experiences in the past at other places, which left me with panic attacks, so I was very nervous after reading the reviews here. But the gyno and assistant were absolutely lovely, they explained everything, went through each step with me, took their time, and really listened. I honestly donβt think I could have had a better experience.β
βCOVID booster. No queue on A Wednesday afternoon. Lovely staff. Went to 2 different places in north london (around 12pm) was turned away as they had been turning people away since 10am whilst they open at 11 Came here, and NO QUEUE!!β
βMet Francis this morning all I can say she was exceptional. She gave me all the answers I needed felt re-asdured and less anxious. Am feeling so relieved as can move forward as a carer constantly looking after someone who is not willing to look after themselves. The team have gone out of their way to help and beyond. Francis you are a gem and thankyou so much. Also to the Doctor who came out to visit and nursesβ
βMy loved one was an inpatient at LH for 4 months in 2023. Cherrywood Ward. Our experience of the hospital was very good. The nurses, reception, doctors are all approachable and friendly. This place is really to sort the right medication out. It was our first experience of a psychiatric hospital and a huge shock. I made a point of chatting to any patients and staff on visits, it must be a difficult job and some patients unfortunately have no family at all. Kindness costs nothing. There is a large communal area on each ward, with an outdoor courtyard. Bedrooms are small with en suite. There are occupational therapy groups for patients like walking group, music group, breakfast club, self care group, chicken group, exercise group which are all simple ideas but very enjoyable. Do not be afraid to keep calling the ward for updates. Doctors usually call back with updates. They are very short staffed due to funding but I found them to be approachable and helpful. There is a wonderful family support lady called Kat who can find out any information you need if you call her. Also a monthly CPA meeting you are invited to attend. We stayed in close contact with our loved one by phone and we visited and took them out for a few hours when well enough and also home leave for two nights. Nearest pub for lunch is The Wharf , nice reasonably priced little cafe called Lizzieβs and also the country park is good. We also took our loved one for a haircut and beauty treatments to Guys n Dolls round the corner who were absolutely amazing with her when she was so unwell.β
βGreat place to work. I remained friends with most of the people I worked with. Great culture and the management really cares about you and your wellbeing. Benefits are great too as they put an accent on your wellbeing, with access to free gyms, health assessments and healthcare scheme. Also, during the pandemic, they really stepped up and upped the pay for furloughed peeps and offered an extra day of leave.β
βIt is like in any GP SURGERY, you hve to find a dr that understands you and that is willing to give you the time of day to talk about yr problem(s). Then you ask for the doctor whom you trust and who will do the best for you. The rest is easy, but it takes time and you hve to insist to see the dr that knows you best. Personalities donβt always see eye to eye. So that is why I gave a 5 star rating. The patient has to work until they find the right dr. And the NHS RULE OF LAW is that you can see any dr of yr choice. Reception cannot force a patient to see a particular dr. Just insist on who you want to see, and you do not hve to explain why you donβt want to see the dr you were allocated to. Sometimes personalities just do not click.β
βI would have given 10 stars to Oakland Medical Centre if I could. I had a brilliant experience at the contraceptive division from reception to the minute I left the centre. I canβt thank the nurses enough, they were absolutely brilliant. They were so attentive and gentle; walked me through every detail of a small procedure that I was quite worried about. I am so relieved and so pleased. Thank you so much!β
βI had an appointment yesterday with Dr O Jamshad who is very good at listening and understanding your problems. I came away from my appointment feeling very confident about my treatment and advise that was given to me. The reception staff are always very helpful when you ring the surgery.β
βVery satisfactory appointments with dietician. Very supportive and focussed manner on me and my problem. Delightful warm professional woman. Thank you to her.β
βGreat service, especially from the two ladies on the first floor reception, they are a credit to the NHS service.β
βI had a great experience yesterday. I went to the A&E and was sent within 10 min to be assessed by a nurse and have an x-ray taken. I waited roughly 20 min for both things. Once diagnosed, I was sent to get a plaster, for which I had to wait 15 min. All the staff was incredible and efficient. Big shoutout to them.β
βHaving recently joined the Barnard from another GP surgery in Sidcup, I am very impressed with the level of healthcare I have received. The doctors and nurses that I have seen so far have been simply wonderful. At least when you submit an online form to the Barnard it is reviewed by a doctor and not a receptionist. Which was the case at my old surgery and a number of GP surgeries. Keep up the good work Barnard!!!β
βIβve had my son here, and the birthing experience was excellent. The support for breastfeeding and mental health was fantastic - the staff were caring and attentive every step of the way. Iβve also had abscess drained here twice over the years, and each time the care and skill of the team were outstanding. I truly appreciate how professional and compassionate everyone is. In my opinion, this is a great hospital that genuinely looks after its patients!β
βBrilliant company. I had a 2 year plus water leak problem and with the help of AXA I was able to get repairs done to my property.β
βFantastic, friendly service from the team here. Phoned at 8:40 in the morning for an appointment and was given 11:30 that same day. Exactly on the dot in to see the doctor who was incredibly helpful. Thank you for the great help. Keep it up!β
βThe surgery has been improved significantly with new management and better services provided by the staff that work there. I recently went to the surgery and was surprised by how well maintained and inviting the atmosphere felt when you first walk in. The staff were very friendly towards me and there wasn't any delays at all. The facilities were beyond my expectations and I was certainly not expecting it to be so luxurious. Everything went smoothly and efficiently from the moment I walked in through the front doors of the surgery up to the point of getting a prescription. I highly recommend this surgery and I appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff there upon my visit.β
βHave only had contact on a very few occasions but each time, I have logged on at 8am and filled in the form. On each occasion I have been contacted within a short time and always same day. Have been offered same day appointment both times recently. I was impressed with the service I received and from what I hear about other surgeries it is one of the best round here. The booking system is common across many surgeries. The medical staff are always very professional, caring and informative. Receptionists have always been helfpul to me, offering water when I needed it once.β
βNurse Marcela Radu was amazing with my baby. She took the time to explain every detail clearly and patiently, and made sure I knew what to look out for after the vaccination. My baby was surprisingly calm and seemed to like her, which really helped ease the whole process.β
βI recently had to register my mum with this surgery and the receptionists were so kind and understanding and considerate. This, in my experience is unique and to have receptionists that care enough to ensure you get what you need is such a huge part of the surgeryβs success. I am so grateful that we were able to speak to that lady who was kind and caring in a desperate situation. She ensured everything was sorted and that the doctor was able to do her job for us. Thank you team. Thank you so much. Our first experience was so caring.β
