Harvey managed to set his foot into place and a week onwards my Parrot is back to being a happy noisy bird. Cant thank Harvey enough, top guy who knows his stuff. “Got my little Suki spayed last week Friday. I'm so glad I came across this clinic by chance online. All the staff were very friendly and professional, smiles everywhere. I couldn't be happier with how everything went. I was really worried how she would heal or how she would be after her operation and she was totally fine, has healed so well and now have finally taken off the little kitten vest and she couldn't be any happier and healthier. I definitely recommend their clinic. Although it's a charity and it's free I made a small payment towards the surgery as its well deserved. I got a call from the clinic a week after Suki's surgery to check up on her and to see how she was healing and if I had any concerns or questions. Great service ”

This is the first daycare where I've felt 100% comfortable and able to truly trust my dog's care. The difference they've made to Jeff is remarkable. He was destructive and frustrated at previous daycares, but the structured environment and enrichment activities here have transformed him. He's now so much more confident and content at home too. The team are incredibly professional with excellent communication and genuinely care about each dog's wellbeing. Every time Pickle comes back looking (and smelling) amazing - and you know the team really care about the dogs they are looking after! I visited Priory alone with my incredibly beloved hamster who was nearing the end of his life and was needing to be put to sleep that day, and I was heartbroken and in tears. The vet I saw was so incredibly kind and compassionate. Despite the fact that some may not understand how much a small pet like a hamster can mean, I felt absolutley no judgment for my emotions. The vet offered me tissues and gave me the time I needed to say my goodbyes, which meant so much. A few weeks later, I was deeply touched to receive a condolence card from Priory. We started bringing our sweet Cassie here after she had bad experiences with other groomers - she had become afraid of the whole grooming process. Doggies Furever are ALWAYS so patient with her and they never do anything that stresses her out. It's very hard for me to trust anybody with my dog but I trust all of these ladies without any hesitation. Cassie is hard work, she's strong and very stubborn but they always manage to do such an amazing job on her. We went in yesterday and we were emotional because we had received some bad news about our Cassie - not only were they so comforting and supportive, they offered so much advice. He was with Spring Lodge from the age of 12 weeks, and the service provided throughout has been second to none. He was a complicated soul, with many issues through his life, and a number of surgeries during which he was cared for in an exemplary manner. Nobody was ever intimidated by his size and appearance which was something we faced a lot in the "real world", even if he was affectionately nicknamed "The Beast" by Neil! The support staff are magnificent.”
