“I used to take my Bichon to another groomers and they would just shave her all down (because it was easier and less time consuming) she is 9 years old and I was sceptical in taking her somewhere new. I’m so glad I did! They do a fantastic job EVERY TIME. She comes out even better than I expected with fluffy head, tail and feet, smelling cleaner than ever. I couldn’t recommend enough honestly. Everyone there are lovely and friendly especially Evgenia.”

“If I could leave 10 stars, I would. The care, empathy and compassion by Enric and the team is nothing I have experienced in London before (in years!). I have been updated on my dog's tests results and reassured over the phone and in person, allowing space to ask and discuss the next steps. Every bit of information given was clear and to the point. I felt my dog was in very good hands. I have alternative vet options closer to my place but I will stick to this practice for as long as they'll have us. Also, might seem trivial but the practice displays a bunch of 'Thank You' cards from their clients and I had never seen anything like this, showing as much love for a team. Congratulations on job very well done.”

“My kitten stayed here in December, his first time in a cattery. I was a very anxious cat mummy as Dylan is a rescue. I cannot praise this establishment enough. Not only did they post pictures and videos on their fb page . But they told me I could email if I was concerned. They replied promptly to all my emails and constantly reassured me . I had one very calm ,happy kitty when I returned from my holiday . So much so that I've booked him in for our holiday in July . The staff are so caring and so passionate about what they do , that no matter how anxious I feel about leaving my fur baby , I have every confidence that they will give him the same care and love as if he was their own and if I have a wobble they won't delay in letting me know that he is happy and ok . They even let me come and look round and meet the staff before his first stay . 10/10 on every aspect of my Dillsy's stay”

“The best recommendation I can give Steve is that our dog Jessie wants to live with him! She comes home from walks happy & tired; she comes home from grooming looking & smelling gorgeous! Steve is always very friendly, professional & reliable. And extremely calm with every dog, no matter how challenging. Jessie is small & very excitable, but Steve integrates her well and she loves hanging out with new dog pals - and feels very at home with his family. We've come to rely on Steve and I can't recommend him highly enough for all-round dog services!”

“Excellent boarding kennels! We’ve been using Canada Farm for many years for boarding and grooming. The kennels are immaculate and the staff are always friendly and super confident when handling the dogs. I totally recommend them and I wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else.”

“My (very large) rescue dog had his first groom here today and I will definitely be bringing him again! Enquiring and booking was very easy- communication was great. The lady I spoke to asked lots of questions about my dog and what I wanted from his groom. My main worries were knowing that my dog doesn’t enjoy being bathed/brushed, and his size. The team were able to successfully complete his groom and he seemed comfortable enough. He looks so lovely and tidy. It really has made such a difference! “I cannot recommend Simon and the team enough. I rushed in last week on a Tuesday with my chihuahua who was very suddenly unwell as my vet wouldn't see him. I am not registered with Weybridge vet and I didn't even call, I just showed up, but they took me in immediately and began helping my dog. They ended up keeping him and calling me regularly with updates. They saw him again the following day and he had deteriorated so they treated him whilst I was still there so that they could talk me through everything they were doing to keep my mind at ease. They then referred him to The Ralph for further investigation. It is now the following Tuesday and they called me to check in on Stanley. He has made a full recovery now and will have a follow up in a week just to check in. The care shown by all of the reception staff and veterinary staff is second to none. I cannot be more thankful and appreciative and will be moving my 3 other dogs from our current vet to this vet.”

“Came for a viewing beforehand and I honestly wasn’t too sure, mainly with the length of time they’re alone overnight without access to outside - it seems like this might be standard practice in kennels though. BUT, it seems like he had a good time. It was my first time boarding my 8.5 year old dog (he’s done daycare and stayed overnight with sitters, just not kennels before). He ate his food which was a surprise, but a good sign. I chose Haytor because of the ability for him to play with other dogs. My dog is nervous with new people, but he gains confidence around other dogs. The drop off felt quite like I was being rushed a bit, but this could just be because they’re aiming to spend as much time as possible with the dogs. It would be great to see photos of them whilst there, through Instagram stories for example (although it seems super busy so that might not be possible). I emailed to check on him in the afternoon and got a response the following morning, which was fine. An option to drop off at the daycare time, if your dog is social, would be great too instead of just 10-12 or 2-5! Especially on a Saturday overnight as you do end up paying for two days for around 24 hours as there are no afternoon pickups on a Sunday, so a single sat to sun overnight comes out quite expensive that way, though I understand different kennels have different booking setups. Overall, my dog came back happy, he ate and although very glad to see me, didn’t seem too bothered by his stay. Would recommend to anyone who feels their dog would benefit in a kennel environment from having other dogs around them! Will use Haytor kennels again for my dog. Thanks for taking care of my boy! :)”

“As a returning customer, I recently brought my Teddy in for a full groom and teeth cleaning session. I must say, the results were excellent! This was the second time using their teeth cleaning service, and it was superb once again. Teddy had a little stain before, but now his teeth are completely stain-free. I also loved how they enhanced and made his ears more pronounced with the cut. Overall, it was a 5/5 service that was definitely worth the money. Highly recommended!”

“The care and love my cat receives at Voo Vets in Pyrford , is extraordinary. He was very ill in December, but they got him right. In March he had an operation which went very well. I was especially impressed by the tiny stitches done by Vet Christina. From the moment I viewed Lily’s Retreat in 2020 & met Louise I knew this would be the perfect place to leave my cat after lockdown.
