“I stayed here for a Dimash Qudaibergen concert on the 12th Nov, 2025 at the Ovo. The hotel was filled with dears (fans) from accross the world. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfie. Breakfast was also amazing, fresh variety of food, good value for money. Overall great hotel I can recommend.”

“Our stay here was great. From the time we entered the hotel, we were greeted promptly by Mabel at the front desk. We arrived early so we were requested to wait while they arranged for a room. Considering the hotel was busy, the staff were on point. Later on, Samrat, the Manager on duty introduced himself to us and welcomed us. We stayed here for a week and all staff were warm and professional. The housekeeping was spot on as well. Amenities replenished and rooms taken care of. Samrat checked in with us in between our stay as well if we were comfortable, we mentioned a small issue in the bathroom on our way out and it was fixed upon our return. The F&B team was awesome. Each morning we enjoyed the breakfast, although the selection is the same each day (could use a bit of change) . Vicky, Hasan and Ashish regularly checked in with us and the kids on special requests. They even remembered our orders and checked if wanted the same the following day. This was very special considering the restaurant was always busy during breakfast. The gym was small, and equipment could get an overhaul, perhaps a regular check in by staff would be good. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel especially for it's friendly and professional staff.”

“Hotel Xanadu is a Lovely & Stylish hotel with a nice bar and wonderful staff. It is well located in Ealing Broadway, close to the Picturehouse and tube station. Very easy to get to from Euston and not expensive at all. Highly Recommended”

“The room was pleasant and lovely and clean. Staff were helpful. Location was perfect. My only issue was the shower head leaked a little, but I had a very comfortable 2 nights away. On site parking was a bonus. Thanks to Brivony with your help sorting out the parking payment. Overall a good stay, would definitely use again.”

“Pleasantly surprised! The room was lovely and even though the room I booked was not air conditioned l, it was quite cool! 10 minute walk to South Harrow station which is served by the Piccadilly Line and a 5 minute bus ride to Harrow-on-the-Hill for the Metropolitan Line. Bus stop is in front of the hotel and buses are extremely frequent, every 5 to 8 minutes.”

“Great stay at Greenford Premier Inn. Lovely hotel staff - Jurrell at reception very nice. Room was lovely with a window that opened and the area surrounding the hotel has a countryside feel as there are so many trees and a nearby golf course. Really enjoyed my stay here.”

“Location is brilliant for training in London and surrounding area. The hotel is excellent and the staff could not do enough for you. It is closing down soon and it shows. As things have gone wrong in the rooms they have not had the money nor desire to fix the so bath Jacuzzis don't work, half the tvs are not working, even the safe in my room doesn't work. But I cannot fault the service and it's such a shame for these lovely staff that they will be made redundant. I wish them all the best for the future and hope they all find somewhere worthy of their service.”

Migma & Indu made it so special for her by bringing out a Brownie with a birthday candle & singing happy birthday to her. They also wrote a birthday message, gave her a bar of chocolate & bottle of drink. Certainly above & beyond.xxx”

He took such thoughtful care of the children, even surprising them with pancakes decorated with a heart in the middle—a beautiful touch that made them feel truly seen. “Been staying at this hotel regularly for the past year. Rooms are generally clean and spacious. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location is great as well. Bus stop right outside, and tube station around 10 minutes away. Highly recommended for business travel and for families traveling on holiday.”

One of the team, a man, helped me go get a hairdryer when I bumped into him on the stairs on my way to reaction, going out of his way to help. Right next to tube station. “Amazing stay at Premier Inn Watford Croxley Green! Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were super friendly and helpful — especially Faisal Shaikh, who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfy, and the location was perfect for everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a good range of options, and service was always with a smile. Really appreciated the calm, quiet atmosphere throughout the hotel — made for such a relaxing stay. My only suggestion would be to install proper air conditioning. It was around 35°C during our visit, and the room got quite hot, especially at night. Everything was great, but a proper A/C would’ve made it perfect. Still giving it 5 stars though, because everything else was genuinely brilliant. Would happily stay again!”

The hotel is close to bus stops/15 minute walk to Acton main line, and Acton central tube stations which was ideal for getting into the centre. Staff were great too. “Stayed 5 nights and overall was very impressed. The bed was comfortable and, though the furnishings were a little dated, everything was functional and the room was very clean. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve come across, without having to ‘spend a fortune’, and the curries on the evening menu tasted like ‘real homemade cooking’….I tried 4 of them…enjoyed all of them and can highly recommend the Lamb Curry and the Butter Chicken! Add to that the convenient location (which does bring some noise from a busy road and proximity to South Ruislip station), secure parking, and reasonable pricing, and I would highly recommend it.”

“I was here on business and overall my stay was very good. It is easy to find, although as I was in a vehicle I had to parkin the adjacent car park which, using the Hotels website's description, was a little confusing but maybe that was just me and next time it will be a whole lot easier. You ask for a ticket with a QR code and then when you go back to the car park to pay, in the morning, you scan the QR code and it reduces the price to £6, which, for London. I thought was a very good price. You enter at the rear of the hotel and slightly weirdly you enter a lobby, go to the lifts at the back and get the lift up to reception. At night you have to scan your room card to enter the lobby but not evening and when I came back there was somebody just sitting on the floor. The reception was great and booking in went smoothly. I went to my second floor room which overlooked the shopping square, which after 1700hrs was fairly quiet and caused no problems. The room was excellent, clean, tidy and exactly as you would expect, with only one slight negative... the toilet needed bleaching or a thorough clean, you could still bad discolouration. There is no loss of star rating as the room was still excellent. After a good sleep I went for breakfast which was adequate, no great complaints other than there is always a coffee machine but Travelodge allows only hot water to be dispensed, which is just a bit mean, considering I paid nearly £11 for it.”

“St George is an ok hotel with great potential. It would benefit from little improvements but it’s surely better than many in Wembley. Think of it at Hilton minus large elegant entrance and grandeur. Everything works fine and the beds are comfortable. Showers. 3* for my palette.”

“We had a wonderful experience at the Premier Inn London Hammersmith (Ravenscourt Park) last spring. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean (and affordable), and the location is absolutely excellent. Our group got stuck in London in the Heathrow shutdown chaos, and manager Lenuta at Premier Inn was absolutely incredible with helping us secure rooms for extra nights. She was so kind and helpful. The staff also surprised two of the college students on the trip with a birthday celebration when the extended trip meant they didn't get to spend their birthdays at home. We cannot say enough good things about our experience at this Premier Inn. It's also an excellent location--close to a beautiful park, wonderful cafes, a short walk to the amenities in Hammersmith, and just a short walk to Ravenscourt station, which offers easy Tube access to the entire city.”
