Recently, the doctor's surgery totally messed up over two consecutive days with two urgent medication prescriptions from the Palliative Care Team. Jade Pharmacy patiently worked with me even when I was asking about progress many times a day, gave us advice that was crucial in progressing one of them, and then went way above anything I would expect any pharmacy to do to help ensure my mother got her desperately-needed medication in time. Very impressed.”
