βI changed from another pharmacy as I was fed-up with never getting my full complement of medication, having stuff owing then me needing to chase it up! Since moving over to Pharmchoice my prescriptions run smoothly, I never have to worry about them getting things right. They are professional, polite, patient focused and everything you would wish your pharmacy to be. My one regret is I waited so long before changing over to Pharmchoice.β

βI became a customer of Specialist Pharmacy this year and have now had a couple of prescriptions dispensed through them. While getting familiar with their portal system, Iβve reached out to their team a few times for support. Most recently, I spoke with Rabbi, who was incredibly helpful in expediting my prescription. Each time Iβve called, the customer support has been exceptional. Iβm very grateful for the consistent assistance and professionalism from this pharmacy. Highly recommend!β

βI can truly recommend this pharmacy they are very pleasant and efficient people working in the pharmacy, I collect my medications there and my weight loss injections and they make sure that your taking your medications on a timely manner and even if its not prescribed medication they still give you wonderful recommendations as to what other medication that can assist over the counter, and they have other variety of things that they also sell in the Pharamcy. All and all its a massive thumbs up from.β

βI took my father in law to Health Pharmacy for his vaccine earlier this month and was extremely happy with the service. We felt very safe as the vaccination area was on a separate floor to the main pharmacy and all social distancing guidelines had been followed to a T! The lady doing his vaccine was so lovely and really put him to ease. Will definitely be bringing him back for his second dose in a few months.β

βAbsolutely incredible service from this pharmacy. The lead pharmacist (who I believe might also be the owner) went above and beyond to secure yellow fever vaccines for me and my partner ahead of our trip β during a national shortage, no less. She personally managed to source two vaccines from another pharmacy, had them driven over so we could get vaccinated in time, and made the whole process completely stress-free. She also gave my partner some really helpful travel vaccine advice and genuinely cared about making sure we were protected and comfortable. Iβve honestly never experienced customer service like it. The pharmacy itself is spotless, calm, and welcoming. Couldnβt recommend them highly enough β five stars from me!β
