“Just enjoyed a delicious takeaway from buzzgrill the food was piping hot and really tasty we have lived in the area for twenty years tried a few Indian takeaways and this one has really impressed us . Generous portions of chicken in our chicken curries , perfectly cooked accompaniments and all reasonably priced with speedy delivery so glad we tried it will definitely order from here again .”

“We had our twins 18th birthday party yesterday in Amrit Lounge. The food was so delicious by chefs (Mr. Sharma & Mr. Pandey) , waitress ( Aasha) was excellent and was spot on. The manager ( Mr. Sooriya ) was so helpful and he is brilliant. He managed this event so smoothly that all our guests (80) were so impressed with the food & service and the atmosphere. Highly recommended for small partys for around 70/80 people. A big "Thank you" to all the staff of Amrit Lounge for making this event a grand success.”

“Really nice park. One side has swings and stuff and the other side has a splash pad (which is finally open) and there are tennis courts too. Very happy kids. The only thing missing is a cafe but overall it’s great!”

“Fantastic, great day out for all ages. We chose to go to general parking and as a reminder, you pay for the parking when you leave. The overall day was nice and quiet given it was the period between Christmas and New Year, there was a massive ride used to everything which made it more fun for everybody. There is lots of toilets located throughout the park and as well as retail venues / shops. The only down fall was one of the costs pop up venues down the bottom of the park but will review separately. Good overall day and spent all day there with us as a family of four”

I had Brooke tonight and they are all so helpful as I ask if they could put the bags in the kitchen for me and no worries off they go so helpful and polite. “The front and back of house teams here, are excellent. Service is always good no matter who is at the front or how busy it is. The hot food is always cooked consistently (this may sound like an underwhelming compliment, but it’s not!) and comes out from the kitchen promptly. The quality of suppliers used is also a major plus, especially regarding the meat and cakes. Pastries, croissants etc. are fine, but cakes are the standout. The sausage sandwich and carrot cake never miss, we now come here for weekend breakfast baps, as they are better than what we make at home. Keep up the good work, very happy to have this place in my neighbourhood.”

“I visited the restaurant Frankie & Benny's has in Croydon for the first time yesterday, and I must say it has been a very pleasant experience in all aspects. From the very first moment I put my feet in the restaurant, staff has provided an excellent customer service, especially Moni, who was the one who assisted us during dinner. Her politeness and permanent smile on her face was an excellent start for our first time at the restaurant. Frankie and Benny's menu is also great. You have a great variety of starters, mains and desserts that makes it difficult to choose only one. Portions are quite generous and the price I paid for dinner is perfectly balanced with the quality of food I had. In conclusion, a first experience that will be the first of many more I will do in future. It is totally worth.”

We'd had an exceptionally long journey from Cardiff as the train stopped repeatedly and for long periods due to the record heat, so we got to our VRBO late. We walked around the corner after dumping our bags and found this place and got a good, hot meal before going back to the rental. The proprietor was very friendly and took good care of us.”

“Ah! What can I say! Forrest Hill Pools, is definitely my A1 in the Better Gym branches. A breathe of fresh air! Not only are the staff lovely, but the gym itself is alway spotless! Cleaners regularly cleaning and keeping the place hygienic, customers respecting the facilities by also keeping it clean and putting equipment away. Classes are always great! Darren is a fantastic trainer, always attentive of everyone in the group and always encourages you. Caroline who is on reception always has a wonderful smile on her face when you enter and greets you warmly, just a great start to your day especially if you’re like me who will wake up at 5am get washed and dressed and drive 30-40 mins to get here, you’re drained as it is, then you step in and are welcomed by lovely staff! It’s worth your travels! I haven’t been to this branch in a while, not fault of there own just circumstantial, but I will be returning shortly as they are thus far my favourite!!! Other than going to the gym and classes I haven’t used the pool, so I can’t comment on it, but will soon. They do junior gym which is great too, my son gets to come along with me at times before our home school hours which he enjoys. I also enjoy the virtual spin class. My only wish is that there was parking facilities but unfortunately there isn’t any but one disabled parking bay. Other than this there is nothing I can say against this Better branch. Well done to all the staff in this branch for keeping up good standards that is expect from your customers. Thank you because it makes the experience a good one.”
