“I can honestly say the staff working there are always friendly and really helpful aswell as knowledgeable they provide a lot of useful information and try their best because it is really busy environment however what’s special about them it’s that apart from being responsible and understanding they are really sweet and friendly they offer other services such as home delivery with no additional price so you don’t have to worry about the delivery fee. Also they prepare all the prescriptions in the store for pick ups and they have a large selection of products over the counter which are really beneficial because it includes everything such as vitamins and many other first aid supplies that are really essential.”

“Visited this pharmacy today for the first time, I was in the area so it was convenient. Staff really pleasant and helpful. There was a huge queue but all were dealt with efficiently. Unfortunately one impatient customer made a point of complaining loudly about waiting times and systems in place, she was totally out of order as all the staff were doing all they could do under the circumstances. It seems to me that the pharmacy needs more staff but are not being allowed to recruit by the owners of the company, which is a great shame.”

“I use the Well Pharmacy in Elliot Street, Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland next to my Nethertown Surgery. I have found the pharmacy staff more helpful than the surgery itself. I put this down to the pharmacist named Colin, don't know his surname. What I have noticed is how friendly and helpful everyone is since this lovely chap Colin has been there. I have had a couple of occasions where I asked for his help and advice and was very impressed. I know staff change from time to time, but I would hate to see Colin move on elsewhere as it is the first time in a long time that someone has impressed me on such a professional but friendly manner.
