βA big shout out to vet Laura after I had to bring my nervous collie in late on Saturday. After observing and listening, Laura managed a full examination and diagnosis of Nell and thanks to her thoughtful handling, we left the surgery with Nell totally unstressed. Laura's follow up phone call on Sunday was very much appreciated and really put my mind at ease. A very professional and caring lady! I would also like to acknowledge the confidence sessions that Nell and I took with nurse Sarah, who worked wonders with a nervous little collie and a stressed owner. These sessions were put to the test in our emergency visit and I can definitely say that it was time and money well spent. Thank you both for the care and kindness that you show to your patients.β

βMedium sized fun pool with tepid water. Allows diving in the deep end when safe and with a variety of water jets in the shallows with a small water slide it's a great place to spend a fun hour or 2. Cafe and pool viewing area are cosy with easy access to the toilets and ample safe for buggys, groups and boisterous small parties!!β

They celebrate small successes, which really boosts confidence. * Clear Communication: They explain techniques in a way that is easy for children to understand, adapting their approach as needed. * Creating a Safe & Fun Atmosphere: My children feel safe and supported in their lessons. The instructors balance learning with fun, making it an experience my children genuinely look forward to each week. When I was prescribed medication they took the time to check and insure it wouldn't interact with any of my other medications. I've always had to do this myself and have been prescribed medication that would interact and cause kidney failure before so this was really greatly appreciated.β

βWe were visiting from the States. My 1 year old had a very bad seizure. She was taken to this hospital by ambulance. The care we received was ABOVE AND BEYOND what I would have expected, even back home. The entire staff was AMAZING! THANK YOU! She was admitted for 2 days and they did everything possible to care for her and help us through this difficult time. We are now home and couldn't ask for a better hospital to care for her during this terrifying ordeal.β

βBest gym in town. It has everything you need and staff are always on hand if you donβt know how some of the βmachineryβ work. Reception ladies always smiling and happy to help and if you manage to trip over your 2 feet, lifeguards are there to give you an ice pack. Highly recommend!β

βAfter disastrous service from boots.com. Ordered perfume for Christmas and the parcel was lost and not permitted a refund for 7 days post original planned delivery date I had lost all hope of getting my item for Christmas. On second attempt today to collect, as it said it was now in store it was sadly not. However Jacqueline assistant manager was amazing, spoke to customer services for me and arranged for a replacement which they had in stock boots store five stars boots online zero!!β
