βWow! Boots not my first choice previously but just having used their services as an emergency, it was faultless! Two totally professionally ladies behind the counter, genuine concern & want to assist. Could not speak highly enough about them. Went over and above duty to help when original chemist had an urgent prescription passed to them from our Doctors, then closed its doors without notice due to staffing problems it stated. (not first time!) Pharmacist was inside but refused to serve even the urgent cases and old people waiting outside having already been told to return from earlier. Our prescription was already downloaded by them leaving Boots ladies in a very difficult position to repeat the required needs. Fast action taken, direct call to our doctors, a call at home within 15 mins to say sorted and ready to collect. Returned, on the spot service given. Companies are made by their staff not the name over the door,. Boot is not always number one for many people but with great ladies like this they would be the Go To! Thank you very much indeed!β

βThis hospital is amazing my son was admitted here for almost 6 months on kingfisher ward the staff and doctors were amazing caring and patient with my son whilst he was suffering badly with his mental health but with the care and the right medication he is now on the mind.Also like to thank them for helping with getting the supportive living he now has obtained. βFirst time using this pool and really really impressed! Water nice and warm! Waves great! Not over-crowded and more to do than most other pools in the area! And totally agree with the other reviews about the life guards........ there were loads of them AND they were actually doing their job! Will definitely be making the 30 minute journey from Northampton to come here again! (and really hope the outdoor part does open in the future.....would be the icing on the cake!)β

βI gave 72 hours notice for my prescription to my doctors surgery, however it was never sent over to the pharmacy. It was a Friday afternoon and I needed my medication for the weekend. But unfortunately the pharmacy is closed on a Saturday and as I was working in the afternoon on Friday I couldn't wait. Natalie from the pharmacy was so understanding and helpful and was able to sort out an alternative for me. She went to the doctors to get my prescription form and was able to dispense for me and take to another pharmacy for me to collect the following day. She went above and beyond to make sure I got my medication for the weekend.β

βNot sure what the same person who wrote the 1 star review is on about lol. I take my children 3 times a week for swimming lessons and rookie life guard training. Teachers and staff are always friendly and happy to help we have been going for 5 years and had no issues. The showers could do with an update but never seen mould!. Canβt be that bad if the lessons are always full and have a massive swimming club.β

βMy dad recently had to spend a a few days in hospital due to battery's exploding and all the staff involved in his care were amazing and looked after him so well. Always making sure he was comfortable, out of pain and if he needed anything. When my sisters and I visited they even got us a chair to make us comfortable while we were visiting. Can't thank them enough for taking such good care of our dad. Thank you. Amazing care from when he arrived to when he left.β

βI have this week been sent to Kettering General Hospital A&E by my GP, although it was busy and getting busier all the time I was seen quickly by a triage nurse and sent on for various tests that resulted in me spending the night in the CCU. The following day I was given various proceedures and eventually discharged late in the afternoon.During the time I was there I witnessed professional, caring staff doing their best to care for their patients and I have nothing but admiration and gratitude for the care I was given. Kettering and the surrounding towns have grown enormously in the fifty plus years since we moved here, if there is a problem with our locaal NHS it is not with the staff, but with the funding that has not kept pace with that growth.β

βWalked in for the Pharmacy First service as I had had a UTI for a week already and knew I would be waiting too long for a GP appointment (especially with it being a Friday). I hadn't used the pharmacy before but the service exceeded my expectations. There was no queue at this time (mid afternoon) so I was seen to quickly by a very friendly pharmacist at the counter. She communicated what to expect and I was then seen to in the consultation room quicker than expected (they fit me in between vaccination appointments). It was also only a short wait for the prescription to be ready. I was in and out the store within about 15 minutes with the desired result, and had pleasant interactions with the attentive staff.β
