“Went to Deichmann at Weston Favell today to find a specific style of shoe which was happily in stock. I was torn between two sizes and asked for assistance. Two team members, Viviana and Carl, immediately stopped what they were doing to help me. Their assistance was so helpful and it seemed like nothing was too much trouble. This is definitely 5 * service and I will certainly return again.The great service continued at the till where I was complimented and this left me feeling very valued! “I had a great experience here. Lots of boots in stock, steel toes, wellies, hiking boots, and bamboo socks. It is on an industrial estate with plenty of parking just outside. Alison was lovely and incredibly helpful, helping me to find the right size boots and was very patient whilst I tried them all on. I bought the Birkenstock steel toe boots - nice wide toe box and incredibly comfy. Highly recommended!”

“I rarely leave reviews but the customer service at Schu, Rushden Lakes is exceptional. From our point at entry (on a super busy Saturday), we were attended to almost immediately by a friendly staff member who measured all three of my children for school shoes. Another lovely staff member went on to supply us with no less than 5 different pairs for selection, and thoroughly checked the fit too. We left the store only to return about an hour later when a third member of staff processed the sale. Every single person was so incredibly friendly , welcoming and attentive. “We booked a slot for children's school show fittings, which I'd recommend. However, it was really quiet today. Very patient staff member, who checked the fit of recommend children's shoes, and explained to me what she was checking for as she went along. Was able to order for home delivery via the store, when a style was needed that wasn't in stock.”

“I popped in yesterday to return & exchange shoes I bought online. The assistant manager who served me was amazing. She helped me sort out one pair by fitting a liner and also choosing the correct size for another pair. This is a great example of why, the hybrid model of buying online and still being able to go in-store works so well - especially for items like shoes. “Not much to say really. The shop was empty when I went in, I knew exactly what I wanted, it was in stock, I tried on the footwear, happy with it, bought it and left. I guess I was there for no longer than 5 minutes. Friendly staff, good enough range of footwear on display. I'd go there again.”

“The Trickers shoes and boots speak for themselves. I would like to praise their customer service team . I hate technology , emails and ordering things online. I got in contact with Trickers asking for a new shoe box . I was told to email their customer service team with my request . Every part of the process was easy . I then emailed the customer service team with my request , and confirming what I actually wanted and who to post it to . I get stressed buying things online . So when the shopping experience is easy , executed efficiently and the team actually read my requests ( demands ) You get a very very happy customer. Thank you for everything you have done for me .”

“Found on Riverside retail park. Plenty of parking.. Parking is free. This is a Next home, as well as a clothes Next. Upstairs there's a cafe- Costa coffee. There is an escalator upstairs. There's also a lift at the back of the store. . Toilets are upstairs.. It's a relatively big store. In the middle at the back you'll find Virgin travel. A lovely sized shoe section. Furniture is downstairs, beds and bedroom accessories are upstairs.. Clothes are downstairs. Till service was fast and efficient. A pleasure to shop here, I cannot fault this store. Currently you'll find the Christmas jumpers have arrived!! ( October 2023 )”
