“I popped in yesterday to return & exchange shoes I bought online. The assistant manager who served me was amazing. She helped me sort out one pair by fitting a liner and also choosing the correct size for another pair. This is a great example of why, the hybrid model of buying online and still being able to go in-store works so well - especially for items like shoes. “I have been to this shop twice to get my sons both trainers and school shoes. Service is really efficient and we were back out with shoes in hand within 45 minutes. Not a mean feat with my sons oddly shaped feet! All staff are very knowledgeable and I will be back within a couple of months for new trainers for me.”

“The Trickers shoes and boots speak for themselves. I would like to praise their customer service team . I hate technology , emails and ordering things online. I got in contact with Trickers asking for a new shoe box . I was told to email their customer service team with my request . Every part of the process was easy . I then emailed the customer service team with my request , and confirming what I actually wanted and who to post it to . I get stressed buying things online . So when the shopping experience is easy , executed efficiently and the team actually read my requests ( demands ) You get a very very happy customer. Thank you for everything you have done for me .”

“Found on Riverside retail park. Plenty of parking.. Parking is free. This is a Next home, as well as a clothes Next. Upstairs there's a cafe- Costa coffee. There is an escalator upstairs. There's also a lift at the back of the store. . Toilets are upstairs.. It's a relatively big store. In the middle at the back you'll find Virgin travel. A lovely sized shoe section. Furniture is downstairs, beds and bedroom accessories are upstairs.. Clothes are downstairs. Till service was fast and efficient. A pleasure to shop here, I cannot fault this store. Currently you'll find the Christmas jumpers have arrived!! ( October 2023 )”

From our point at entry (on a super busy Saturday), we were attended to almost immediately by a friendly staff member who measured all three of my children for school shoes. Another lovely staff member went on to supply us with no less than 5 different pairs for selection, and thoroughly checked the fit too. We left the store only to return about an hour later when a third member of staff processed the sale. Every single person was so incredibly friendly , welcoming and attentive.
