“I Stayed here for a model railway exhibition in Dereham and it was a lovely hotel I arrived quite late and was greeted with the lovely owner who then made us some food which was AMAZING. He gave us some food for breakfast in the morning as we were going to miss it. He then showed us to our amazing room which was exceptionally clean and our beds were very comfy. Overall This is a amazing hotel and should have 5 stars”

“We had a take away from Kam Moon on Friday evening, having previously tried the other 2 in Harleston. The service was friendly and polite, the food was prepared quickly and the food was excellent and piping hot. The best Chinese food I have eaten in a long time. We will definitely be going back.”

“Came here for lunch with my friend and had the best toasties - shared halloumi, honey & harissa and a goats cheese and red onion. Hot and actually toasted and crunchy, delicious fresh bread aswell. Nice and comfortable place to sit and chat. Definitely come visit. Lots of sandwich and savoury options aswell as sweet treats.”

“Discovered this place by accident and what a find. Wonderful service and food from the new owners who had only been there 5 weeks. We had lunch and a coffee and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The coffee was hot and tasty and we were very impressed with the overall experience. We don't live very local, but will certainly head here the next time we are Lowestoft. Although its tucked away from the seafront, there is plenty of parking nearby and I'd highly recommend a visit.”

“Must be the best takeaway in Norfolk. We had lamb shank tonight which were lovely with good portions but the desert of summer pudding was delicious. We have had a few meals from The Pepperpot and always found them superb, lovely flavours and great packaging means meals are piping hot when you get home. Great service, thank you Pepperpot.”

“This place is amazing, so much choice it makes your head spin. My favourite is German beer and the variety they stock is brilliant from Helles, Kolsch, Weiss Beer, Pilsner, Oktoberfest and much more. Love this place and the staff are very friendly.”

“Lovely atmosphere and super friendly staff. Food was delicious and arrived in good time. Was slightly on the pricy side (£41 for 2 breakfast and 2 coffees) but quality and taste comes with a price so nothing unexpected and was well worth it. Would go again!”

“Found this place by accident on our travels and decided to go for dinner on the way back and so glad we did! The carvery was delicious, everything was spotless and the staff were so friendly, helpful and efficient they really made dinner with two small tired children easy! Desserts were also amazing we had the chocolate brownie and ice cream and the cherry Bakewell. Definitely worth a visit!”

“Great little café. Nice looking menu with hot lunches and good all day breakfast options. We had breakfasts , local meats their own eggs too. Only negative was very noisy and echoey but that's just as it was busy and the walls are bare wood so sound bounces around but worth bearing in mind if you little ones get triggered by noise. Would definitely recommend though as was delicious and hot. Tea even served in pots with loose leaf tea too which I love. Thank you to all staff as service great and friendly too.”

“A favourite place to eat for us! Great flavoursome burgers and plenty of other options on the menu. Reasonably priced too. Friendly helpful staff and quick service. Love the decor and background music which add to the atmosphere. Parking is bit limited and can be quite dark but we’ve always managed. Definitely recommend this restaurant.”

“Huge, huge portions, sadly had to leave about half the fries and husband helped with the ribs. Utterly delicious though! Can't comment on the atmosphere as we ate very early and only two other family groups arrived as we were finishing . The staff were brilliant, friendly and very helpful. We will definitely go again and I've recommended to friends”

“Giggling sqid is my new favourite vegan restaurant. Fantastic service. Vegan red wine. Incredibly tasty food. I wanted to try very vegan thing on the menu. Nearly everything can be done vegan. Chrispy chilli chickpeas and salt and pepper mushrooms I am still dreaming about. Highly recommend.”

“So lucky to have The Crown just up the road from me. Enjoyed it's boozy offerings for a while but never got the chance to sit down for a proper meal until recently. Food and service are bang on, and it's such a cosy space. My only criticism was the scotch egg was a little overcooked, but the main course made up for it. Will definitely be back!”

“We went today for lunch, and didn't book a table. However, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the food delicious, The menu is very large, so choose well as the portions are generous. It's great they have a lunchtime menu option. Recommend the home made chips if you get the option if it comes your way. We have also been again recently with some friends who hadn't been before, they loved it. The food was excellent, I'd recommend the seafood salad, two of my favourite things to eat. A large portion, but just delicious. No room for pudding for me, next time perhaps! If you've not been yet. You have to go, but book a table.”

“First visit to this branch and it was superb . Service was warm and friendly from the greeting to the exit . The food was tasty hot and great value . Its a crying shame they are not closer to our home address. Will definitely revisit and the restaurant is a credit to the management and staff . Ps I dont work for them either .”

“We had breakfast here and it was lovely! Came out fresh and hot! Eggs and bacon cooked to order, Perfectly! Cannot fault the quick and polite service! Clean and maintaine. Quiet, calm atmosphere. Breakfast is great value for money, includes a glass of apple or orange juice. Highly recommend eating here!”
