“We had a great dinner! Service was wonderful - staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the Thai music played, and the restaurant’s ambience is great for catch-up with friends, dates and even family dinners. Although some familiar dishes carried a slightly different flavour profile from what we were used to in Asia, it was still delicious and gives you a great spicy kick! (Non-spicy dishes are available too)”

“I have used Thai 2 Go frequently since I discovered them in February. The menu is varied and in my opinion the weekly set menu for 2 is exceptionally good value. The quality of the food is excellent and authentic. The delivery service is prompt. I have never been disappointed and continue to order from them regularly.”

“OUTSTANDINGLY BRILLIANT authentic Chinese cuisine with neat bi-lingual menu! But, if you are a typically gastro narrow-minded Brit, open your mental horizon to the simple & rather small yet comfortable premises. Friendly & high quality food including traditional Chinese HOT POT. Quantity consistently BRILLIANT too!! Hot fresh food. Great value for money. Although alcohol is on the original menu, dont expect to order any: proprietors now realise a licence is needed for such things! Tea is lovely though. UPDATE: Flew back into Norwich yesterday 23rd April 2019 and went to this restaurant again. Still outstandingly good authentic cuisine of central Mainland China.”

“Came here for the first time on Saturday, with mr best friend, who LOVES this place. She had the crispy chilli chicken, and I had the crispy chilli beef - both dishes were served with rice. The owners were so lovely, and friendly, and the food was DELICIOUS! Portions are generous, amazing prices, super quick and friendly service, and it’s all halal! Will definitely be back for more very soon!”

“Brilliant small restaurant! The staff were friendly and attentive without disturbing us, advised us on our order when we had questions. The food was quick to arrive, very generously portioned and delicious! The Korean fried chicken was better than any I'd had in London. Well worth a visit to this place, they're doing great food and they deserve to be recognised.”

“I had such a fantastic time at The Blue Joanna! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I was especially impressed by the vegan options on the menu. I think either the banana blossom or the buffalo cauliflower were my favourite meals. But then again, everything I tried was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. It’s always such a treat to find a place that takes plant-based dishes seriously, and they really delivered. The service was lovely throughout. It was friendly, attentive, and relaxed. What made the evening even more special was when the staff sang happy birthday to another table. It was such a thoughtful touch and a lot of fun to experience as well! Highly recommend for a cozy night out with great food, kind people, and a bit of fun. I’ll definitely be back!”

“I've been here a couple times and the food here is superb!!! The owner and another young lady were so kind and friendly! The waiting time was a bit long but it's definitely worth the wait! You can taste that all the ingredients they put in there are fresh! The pla sam rod, Tom Kha and coconut rice were amazing!!! Highly recommend!”

“Great people, great food, great service. The lime pickle is the best I have tried.. The curry's are great and there is some interesting choices. They offer some decent deserts too, gulab jamin which is great too. It's very clean aswell.”

“The only downside to the thaiway is trying to book a table. We visited last year and couldn't get a table ,& it was a 2 hour wait for a takeaway. To counteract that this year I thought I'd book well in advance. 9 phone calls over 10 days and all were cut off and a generic message of "we're too busy to take your call at the minute" was sent. In the end we called in at lunch time today and were able to book a table at 18.30. The service and food were of a very high standard. Nice surroundings and prompt service. All in a reasonable price. The end product was a very enjoyable experience.”

“This place is a must visit for Norwich, absolutely incredible, definitely some of the best in the area. Everyone I know loves and raves about XO and rightly so, the venue is lovely along with the staff and the food is reasonably priced considering how good it is. I do wish you could see what’s on the menu when booking or before going as it seems to change often and the website wasn’t up to date when we visited - would only like to know so I can time my next visit to try different menu items”

“Went for our anniversary and was Not disappointed. Amazing selection on the menu. The freshly prepared croquettes were a favourite and we. couldn't say no to a grilled Turbot paired with Sangria. Could taste and smell the fresh ingredients. The service was beyond exemplary. Such lovely people own and run the restaurant. We will definitely be back! Thank you for making our anniversary meal so special.”

“Here from the U.S., we are staying nearby and stopped in for a quick drink at the pub. Everyone was so incredibly nice and welcoming we ended up staying for hours drinking and talking. Highly recommend a visit here. This is an amazing little pub. The locals are wonderful, and the owner is just the best!”

“Absolutely loved this place. A real hidden gem in the centre of Norwich. Feeling spontaneous on a Friday evening. I called half an hour before to see if they could accommodate my wife and I for dinner. The staff were very helpful and friendly and they managed to squeeze us in at the last minute. The food is absolutely amazing and very reasonably priced. We opted to share a mix of various small plates and everything was delicious, well presented and served promptly. The drinks offering is decent so my wife opted to try a glass of the Plum wine while I stuck with the familiar Sapporo. We were so blown away by the plum wine we decided to share a bottle. It is the perfect drink to have whilst savouring the delicate flavours of the food, a wonderful balance of dry, sweet, tangy and fresh. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. We will be returning again in the very near future.”

“i loved it here, me and my mum visited norwich over the weekend and she found this place to go to for dinner and it did not dissapoint! we pretty much ordered the whole menu, and everything was delicious we had loaded fries, wings, and a rice bowl and we shared a bit of everything this place is perfect for sharing! it needs more recognition honestly the food was amazing and we met tom and evie who work there and they were so lovely. i wish there was one near me so i could have it again! 100/10 ❤️”

“This is the best Indian I have had. It was an absolute pleasure to dine at The Merchants Of Spice 2 Norwich, Norfolk. A real authentic warm ambiance, I loved the music & the big round table we had was perfect for the six of us.The food quality is unmatched, really clean feel, The tika platter is a must the lamb Rogan josh was superb also. The naan was perfect with a slight toasted bottom, quite unique & tasted lovely. The service second to non, staff polite & more than ready to help us. Nish the owner was up front & center he can be very proud of his restaurant, this is number 2 I believe & I have no doubt they’ll be a number 3 in the future. Thank you for a great night. Oh also I must add there’s a very big spacious car park which was lovely because normally that’s the biggest nightmare. Was lovely to have onsite parking. We traveled in two cars so that was a big help.”
