“So I’m commenting to counteract every negative comment q Clinic are not rude people are just entitled and thinks everything is gonna go their way and when they told no they cry like little babies and leave reviews you can tell there’s a lot of people that do not read the terms and condition and the contract that they sign which clearly states that they might not offer you a place in the trial The only thing I agree with is quotient sends the contract couple days prior to the introduction but other than that they give you all the information that’s in the leaflet I’ve been doing it since 2019 and I’ve made a killing. You just have to be one smart to have a job that allows you to do this and just read what they tell you. Other than that, the money is good and you get to relax doing the trial”

There was absolutely no need what an amazing place each and every staff member went out of there way to make sure Jordan who was admitted with severe dermatology issues was looked after like he was family of their own . We can’t thank you all enough and I know Jordan is going to miss you all. “On Sunday 27/7 I was staying with my sister in Nottingham when I was taken ill. She called the ambulance service & as I was having difficulty with my breathing I was taken to the respiratory ward at this hospital. I spent 1 night there and was then transferred to the cystic fibrosis unit as there was a spare bed there. I was there for 3 nights. In all that time I had the most amazing care from all the staff. Everybody was very helpful and very cheerful. I really could not have had a better experience at an expensive private hospital. Even the food was good! Thank you so much”

“My husband had to visit emergency care yesterday(Friday 22nd.Nov),he had slashed his hand badly whilst we on holiday in caravan. We went to Emergency and altho.they were very busy,we were dealt with at reception by a very polite and efficient young lady,who found my husband's details very promptly. Within half an hour he was seen by a doctor,sorted out,stitched up and we were on our way back.We would like to send a compliment to a Doctor Ko. Thank goodness for the NHS.”

GP’s and nursing staff have consistently listened and heard what we as a family have needed to say and given us great care. The systems for appts are good and the online non emergency requests or sick note/repeat prescriptions is the best I have ever used. The reception area is decorated with current relevant information about services and there is even a food bank. The pharmacy next door also deserves a big shout out, efficient beyond words & super friendly. In comparison to other surgeries I have used over the years, this one is stand out the best.
