“Our first time staying here for a while, and we are pleased that Boundary has lost none of it's charm (though, the meadow it's in has had a sharp trim - we'd love some of the long grass back!). We think it might have had a mattress upgrade which was good! It's a beautiful spot and we hope to be back again soon.”

“Excellent place to stay especially it being close to the beach (6min drive) Sarah was really hospitable and very knowledgeable about the area. And she cooks a mean full English. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting the West wittering beach. Will definitely be staying here again.”

“This is an excellent place to stay if visiting the Emsworth area. A 10 minute walk from the train station, it offers beautiful rooms in a secluded, gated area. My room had access to an outdoor space which added to the experience. My host was welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I have visited Northlands many times with my family and am always struck by the kindness of all the staff there. Everyone is very attentive and I love their principle of adopting animals and allowing children to spend time with them. Their Christmas event was particularly amazing this year! Lots of arts and crafts, a movie, and a wonderful Santa on top of all of the regular attractions, a zip wire, animals, and lots of games! The food is also really good value for money. Would really recommend this place to any young family.”

“The pitch that we had was flat, spacious, grey water waste disposal, electricity and water, so excellent. The showers were also excellent, individual rooms that were very spacious, clean and tidy a great job done by the housekeeping teams. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our motorhome on site and Russell came up with a solution, the chap came out, diagnosed the problem, all sorted. Wonderful. The only downside to the pitch was the noise from the A27 probably less of an issue in the summer when the leaves are on the trees. On the whole very happy.”

“Beautiful experience. Stunning spacious annexe. Every little detail was thought of, from tea/coffee/milk provided for stay, discreet messages around property to guide us what to do. Spare put-up bed provided, extra linen/pillows/wash towels provided. Beautiful decor and aesthetics, so luxurious, skylights to bring natural light in, pretty lights in skylight. Felt so welcome as soon as we set foot in property. Yet given 100% privacy throughout our stay. Bedroom coastal vibe and bathroom/walk-in shower chic design. Very comfortable bed/mattress. Slept like a log! Fantastic location- 5mins walk from Pagham estuary/beach. Our small dogs loved it too, very settled and loved the walks. Truly a "home from home"! We would love to visit Pagham Annexe again and recommend to everyone.”

“The perfect place for a large group holiday. We loved everything! Amazing setting, clean accommodation. Everything we wanted and more. We loved having exclusive use of the pool, the hot tubs were great and there was something in the games room for all the children ranging form 3 to 17 years old. A very special holiday, thank you.”

“I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a B&B in this area (or even further away). I cannot fault anything! There's off road parking, beautifully decorated rooms which are comfortable and have tea/coffee/water/WiFi facilities. The breakfast is a real treat with a varied fresh fruit salad, cereals, yogurt and the best cooked breakfast. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. I will definitely be revisiting when down this way. 10/10”

“Everything about Melissa and Jonathan’s B&B is perfect. It’s a tranquil haven in a beautiful setting within easy walking distance of Northwood House, the centre of Cowes and Gurnard. Plus the breakfasts are lovely and if you’re lucky you’ll see a red squirrel from the decking of one of the cabins too. Have now stayed here three times and hope to again.”

“A lovely B&B not far from the beach. Clean rooms, posh bathrooms and a useful carpark. Charlie, the owner, is super friendly and helpful. Also be sure to try her award-winning full English breakfast. An award well deserved: hands down the best breakfast we had in all of Cornwall and England.”

“The site was beautiful, and the tents were indeed quite plush. The staff were brilliant, breakfast rolls and hot choc in the evening made everything even better! Special thanks to Norm as well for the shuttle service to and from Goodwood. Look forward to visiting again!”

“A lovely campsite that is clean and has a well stocked camp shop. Location is perfect for cyclists and walkers. At a leisurely ride along the Salterns Way to West Wittering Beach is about 22 minutes. We have been to this site twice and will be back again.”

“This is a great place to stay. It's just around the corner from a road filled with bars and restaurants and a couple of minutes to the seafront. I stayed with my 6 year old daughter and we had a family room, which was very comfortable and quiet. We really appreciated the Alexa, Netflix and other streaming services. The Internet worked really well. The downstairs communal area was also great - a huge space with pool table, table tennis table, seating and a fully equipped kitchen for everyone to use. They've really thought about everything that you'd need to have a relaxed stay. Would come again!”

“Set in a tucked away location in stunning countryside but still very close to a couple of pubs and the town of Midhurst. Don’t expect brand new rooms with the latest fixtures and fittings - this is an old house with charm. Breakfast was superb and we had a very comfortable nights sleep.”

“Brilliant Food! One of the best meals of my life! We got the scallops from the a la carte menu and combined that with the set menu and were throughly happy with service (Sofia, our server was excellent!) and quality of food as well as the generous serving size. The smoked duck was just delicious! The gazpacho too was a delight- the Skate had been deboned so no messing around with bones! I ordered the Fillet of Hake and was blown away by the sauces. The food ate well separately as well as with different combinations. My brother got the Korean BBQ and the puffed corn on this was a fabulous surprise! The roasted scallops had an amazing peach-chilli zing. And save space for desserts! So delicious and super tasty. The dishes are delightful, imaginative and delicious. Definitely recommend making a booking to eat here.”

“Fantastic site. We have been using for a few years now. Camping pitches great size. Statics are very comfy. Onsite pub and restaurant are great. All staff are very friendly and entertainment is brilliant. It’s a good base for exploring the island. If your there cowes week there is a fantastic BBQ and firework display on final day. If you’re lucky enough you may even spot one of the resident red squirrels.”

“Great little get-away. I was given a cottage with kitchen (super for families at this price point I think) and I got some sleep before the Ferry to France the next morning early. As I would be too early for breakfast, and breakfast was included Janet packed breakfast in a bag for the journey!”

“What kind and helpful people that run this pub! We stayed overnight for a wedding nearby and returned for Sunday lunch the next day. The room was clean and comfortable. Lots of good options for breakfast and the lunch was delicious- all homemade, very tasty and piping hot. Service was excellent and they really couldn't have done any more to help us during our stay! Will definitely return if in the area. Thanks a lot.”

“We loved Halcyone villa because aswell as being in the perfect location to walk into Cowes , it has some beautiful views. This also a family home with children playing in the garden, which we thought was lovely. Breakfast is very good and Lee and Simon are very friendly and helpful. Definitely be staying there again.”

“I was visiting friends who organised lunch at their local. Friendly helpful staff. I would recommend the fish pie, which was excellent. My only disappointment was the coffee, which was not very strong. I do like a strong coffee. But overall a good experience. I will certainly be back.”

“We had the most amazing stay at Linden House in West Wittering. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located — but what truly made our stay so special were Lulu and Russell. They are just wonderful hosts, so warm, welcoming, and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made us feel completely at home. We can’t wait to return — highly recommend!”

“I stayed with my family here for a last minute holiday and we had such a wonderful stay. The location was beautiful and the cottages were set with fields around. We stayed in Egremont cottage and it was so spacious. Perfect for our family and our dog too. The cottage was superbly clean and the check-in/check-out from the hotel was seamless. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Looking forward to our next trip already!”
