“One stop shooting for all sporting requirements. Has footballs, boots, walking shoes, for babies, toddlers up to adults. Has safety boots and a lot more stuff. Sometimes easier to find it online on their website. Find their stores are so packed with stuff that's its hard to find what you're looking for.”

The music was on beat, Terrell is a manager like no other, cool authority, attentative plus polite and discerning. Prices are so reasonable and all good quality but I do agree that it is a shame that they do not stock clothes for men here so my husband almost thinks it is futile for him to even come inside. No soulless metal box here, this is a thoughtfully designed space that lifts the mood before you’ve even picked up a basket. Inside, the selection is vast and well-organised, making everything from everyday essentials to specialist ingredients easy to find. Fresh produce is abundant and well-stocked, and there’s a strong variety in world foods, bakery, and chilled ranges. It’s the kind of store where you can do a full weekly shop and still pick up a good-value bottle of fizz on the way out. Prices are reliably competitive, and the customer service stands out, helpful, polite and refreshingly unflustered. You get the sense staff take pride in the store. In short, Asda Lower Earley is a proper gem: easy to navigate, well presented, and a cut above the standard big-box supermarket. Well worth a visit even if it’s just for the sheer joy of a bright, spacious trolley dash.”

“Having used the click and collect service at the store before, waiting times for collection are often 20-30 minutes and at times even up to 40 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes this time round, I was advised that my parcel had been lost. Gentleman who introduced himself as the store manager believes that a 20 minute wait is perfectly acceptable. Also turns out that he isn’t the store manager but rather the department manager. Store manager was not in today but “may be in tomorrow and if not then Monday”. UPDATE - Changed from 1 star to 5 star. Something has clearly changed within this store because Click and Collect now takes minutes. There is now a clear system of responsibilities. Staff are welcoming and eager to help. Returns are straightforward. Much improved experience, thank you for listening. It is clear that there is an ongoing problem with click and collect, lost parcels and poor customer service at this store. There is a high number of Google reviews from customers expressing the same frustration and it appears as though management is not that interested in making improvements.”

“My daughter's North Face jacket, purchased only 2 months ago, was displaying a minor cosmetic issue. We went back to the shop yesterday to ask for advice on how to fix it. The shop manager immediately offered a refund or a replacement as she agreed there should be no quality issues so soon after the purchase. Within 5 minutes we were in and out of the shop, daughter happy with a new replacement jacket. Well done JD!”

“Store is much neat and tidier compared to my past visits to this store and the staff are also much friendlier and helpful than in the past. They approach you almost as soon as you walk in to certain section of the store, especially the footwear; where staff asked if I need help before I had to chase someone, which is what I had to do in the past. The store is much smaller than the Bracknell one, but has wide variety of shoes, clothing and other accessories. I'd highly recommend this store for sports wear and also for casual clothing as well.”
