“Our go to place for weekly shopping. Great location and plenty of parking on site. £5 spend will allow you to park for 3 hours. You can find pretty much all grocery items, there are section for clothing (children, kids, adults including small schooluniform section), toys, frozen food isles etc. Dedicated isles for bakery, children/infant food, kitchen items amd laundry as well. Overall good experience with very helpful staff and management.”

Prices are reliably competitive, and the customer service stands out, helpful, polite and refreshingly unflustered. You get the sense staff take pride in the store. In short, Asda Lower Earley is a proper gem: easy to navigate, well presented, and a cut above the standard big-box supermarket. Well worth a visit even if it’s just for the sheer joy of a bright, spacious trolley dash.”

All the ladies are very helpful especially Bron whom is at the front, she always greets me & always asks me how I am & always smiling & very polite & v helpful. Hannah is so polite & very helpful & always greets me & asks me how I am. The other 2 ladies are lovely too! Sorry I don’t know your names. This pharmacy has hugely improved since these ladies have worked here so please don’t go to any other pharmacy. These ladies are approachable & always put the customer first. They have a great sense of humour as they always laugh at my jokes! People don’t understand that they have high work load & somedays they may be short of staff so you need to be patient. “I just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU to the extremely busy staff in BOOTS today. Especially to Rakesh as he went above and beyond to sort my prescription for me, that my doctors had totally messed up. After a full on uncontrollable emotional meltdown by me, Rakesh took the time to calm me down & talked through the best way to correct my surgery's HUGE error. He put me at ease & ensured me he would hold the medication they had in stock for me (not everywhere stocks my medication). After an urgent return visit to my doctors, who were not helpful on the phone, I returned to BOOTS to have my prescription ready for me within 10 minutes. I cannot thank you enough for your help today. Without my medication I would have been extremely ill.”
