“Had an amazing experience with this vets! My cat was transferred here for an overnight stay, when I arrived I was heartbroken as I had just been told by our regular vet that our cat could potentially pass away, vets now were so kind to me when I arrived and gave me tissues and even time alone to cuddle my pet. They decided to do surgery on my cat and were open and honest with me the whole time about costs and risks, they even helped me sort out my insurance on my phone as I was a wreck. Thankfully the surgery went okay and they managed to pull something out that was stuck in his belly. Even my regular vet didn’t do this, instead told me he possibly has a rare condition and could pass away, if it wasn’t for this vets I dread to think what would have happened next. I just want to thank the reception staff and vets, and anyone else who was involved as he is now recovering and doing much better and for your kindness, support and sympathy as it did not go unnoticed.”

“Basically Dr Harris saved my life, after testing my urine sample he knew I had sepsis, when I got to A&E. They told me " they didn't understand how he can possibly tell just by a sample?".... Well Dr. Harris was spot on wasn't he?? , and not only that, if we had waited another hour to call the ambulance I wouldn't be he today , it's as simple as that. So thank you so much... He even phoned me up at 6.45pm one night when I came out of hospital to check I was ok... Now that is a caring GP...”

“I recommend this hospital to everyone. My daughter had her tonsils removed. The doctors were very nice; everything was thoroughly discussed before the surgery. The consultation with the anesthesiologist also went well. Everything was explained, and the staff was excellent; there was nothing to complain about. After the surgery, my daughter had to stay overnight for observation. The nurses were excellent; they take excellent care of their patients. We are very pleased with the care at this hospital.”

“Great facilities. The gym was refurbished near the end of 2023 so all the equipment is pretty new. There are synthetic pitches, squash courts, fitness studios, A multipurpose sports hall (badminton, basketball, etc) Water fountains available all over. Staff are helpful and friendly. Taken a few fitness classes and the instructor (Alison) has been excellent. The only issue is the pool is now permanently closed. I think the rock climbing wall may have been removed as the room was used for a weights room the last time I looked. Lockers are free, as is the water. Fitness classes are inexpensive. The site is spread across two public buildings, with lockers, showers and changing rooms in both.”
