“After a lot of searches looking for someone to look after our Bulldog for a few days we came across this lady My wife phoned her arranged to meet up and the rest is history Charlotte looked after Wilbur in her own home along with the other dogs she looks after, she kept my wife updated every day with photos and short videos, and the main thing is Wilbur was happy, highly recommended”

“I recently had the pleasure of boarding my rabbits at "My Pet Boarding Hotel", and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that my furry friends received during their stay. Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about rabbit care, and they went out of their way to ensure that my rabbits felt safe and comfortable during their stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for my rabbits to hop around and play. One thing that really stood out to me was the personalized attention that my rabbits received. he even provided fresh vegetables to ensure that my rabbit's diet was healthy and balanced. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at the rabbit hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of boarding for their furry friend. “Jemma provided an excellent standard of care for my two guinea pigs while I was away for a week. One of our piggies is on medication and Jemma’s experience and knowledge was amazing. She provided us with regular updates and photos and it was a home from home for them. Jenny and Simone are looking forward to staying at Sleepy Burrows again soon!”

“Pet Pals is an excellent cattery and Sarah is absolutely terrific with our two cats. One of our cats has diabetes so needs extra help and Sarah has been very caring. They both seem very much at home whenever they stay there - warm, comfortable and well looked after. Sarah is also very flexible and accommodating, and nothing is too much trouble. We recommend Pet Pals very highly!”

“Aurora comes to walk my energetic husky Mischa for me every now and then - and Mischa is delighted every time! Aurora takes wonderful care of her, sending me tonnes of pictures of their adventures together, and is 100% reliable. She is even great for last-minute appointments (so long as she can squeeze us in) and is always very communicative. Would recommend her services to anyone!”

“Excellent trainer!!! After taking my puppy to several classes for training, I realised that it was not working and this is when I found Cherished Pets of Brentwood. Sherry is an excellent 1 on 1 trainer, within minutes of being around my 10 month old puppy, she knew what needed to be done and how to do it. Sherry has astonishing in depth knowledge on dogs which I have learned so much from. Our puppy is extremely hyperactive and Sherry had the patience’s for her and happily took me and the puppy through each step on what needed to be done. Mags even went to her day care and will be going back shortly for further session to socialise with other dogs. Throughout her day care session Sherry sent me updates on how she was getting on and looked after her as if she was one of her own. Thank you for all the help you have given me with the training.”

“What a lovely little shop and great owners! Went here for the first time on Saturday with my 60kg dog, to use their DIY Dog Wash. Was greeted warmly, then shown through to the dog wash area when it was ready. I was provided with shampoo, a dog 'shammy' for removing most of the water, and a drier. Additionally, some Dog Cologne to make him smell extra lovely. The facilities were in good order, clean and plenty of space. My dog appreciated a warm wash rather than a dog garden hose pipe wash!! Afterwards we had a chat, paid and left. An overall lovely experience. We will be back for the dog wash again and for the other facilities offered. Thank you! Noticed that there was a great variety of treats on offer, was glad my dog was muzzled as he would have snaffled the lot, haha.”

“Nilz & Harley’s doggie day care service is fantastic. They will collect your dog from home and drop them back. This saves so much time in the morning getting organised I don’t have to worry about her one bit. I know she’s in great hands and will have an active a fun packed day. They’re always thinking of new ways to engage the dogs brains and keep things fresh. They also send you photos and videos occasionally of your pup loving life. X”

“Kelly is the best! Our Dog Pepper absolutely loves her. Pepper was wary of other dogs at the start, however Kelly took a chance on her and started waking her in the local area and Pepper has absolutely thrived. She now has lots of doggy friends which we never thought would be possible! We are so grateful to Kelly, we don’t know what we’d do without her during the week.”

“I’ve been using Friends for Pets since Sept ‘23 and highly recommend Beth (I’m sure the other dog walkers are just as great too but I’ve always had Beth to walk my collie). From day one, she’s made me feel reassured that my dog is in safe, loving hands. Sblot (my dog) is always excited to see her, even when she’s out on a walk with me and spots Beth out with other dogs!”

“I’ve been taking my dogs to Glyntawel for about 6-7 years as boarders and daycare. Jayne and her staff are amazing and so caring with the dogs. The standard of the kennels is top notch. The freedom available is field to run in, a dog house for when it’s raining which is furnished with chairs and settees. They do agility, grooming and anything else your dog requires. What more can I say other than Glyntawel comes highly recommended.”

“We use Kari to look after our two cats whenever we're away. She's really good with our cats, who can be quite 'high maintenance', and we've always been impressed with the service. “Jo is fantastic with my young cockapoo Bonnie! She put me at ease from the very first meeting where she came to meet Bonnie and showered her with attention. I was further comforted when Jo asked if I could bring Bonnie and join her on one of her walks before the service was to begin so I could see how well Bonnie would settle into the little group. Bonnie lights up when Jo comes to collect her for her midday walkies and Jo sends a number of great videos and photos after every walk to reassure me that she has had a great time. Ive not worried for a second that Bonnie hasn't been taken care of on the days I'm back in the office and I think Bonnie has began to sulk on the days she knows Jo isn't visiting Jo has been fantastic! Her communication is brilliant, she is very dog focused and you can tell she cares deeply for your furry family member. Thanks Jo!”

“Our cat was very well cared for while we were away for two weeks. Rachel is experienced and professional, giving regular updates and following all feeding instructions to the letter. Our cat's feeding area was spotlessly clean when we got home, bins were emptied etc. Great service, would recommend and will uae again.”

“Hollie is quite literally incredible! Our two dogs, Laurel and Hardy are totally besotted with Hollie and get so excited when they see her. She looks after them with kindness, consideration, love, affection and a great deal of care. Dogs are so intuitive on good natured people and I trust my boys instincts above everything, so when we come home and see them still bouncing around Hollie with excitement, it makes us feel so assured, confident, comfortable and at times, a little emotional at the bond and relationship Hollie takes the time and effort to build with them. Hollie has looked after our boys in our house from a couple of hours to days at a time when we are away, we get regular updates, pictures and videos, stories and good morning/good night messages. We come home to a spotlessly clean house and two very satisfied, stimulated, happy dogs. Hollie also takes them on the most incredible walks! I'm jealous of the adventures they get to go on. We are now at a stage with Hollie where we want to plan all holidays around her availability, purely because when the boys are with her we can truly relax. Hollie, we will never be able to thank you enough for the dedication and love you pour into the boys. Anyone who has you look after their special sidekicks are very lucky indeed x”

“After a disappointing groom at our previous groomer’s, Jude had her first groom at Bubbles and Cuddles today. It is by far the best groom she’s ever had. They listened to me and have given her a beautiful cut. Her coat is super soft and shiny. Jude was really comfortable there and I will be bringing her every 2-3 months from now on. Cannot recommend highly enough!!”

“Lianna is absolutely brilliant! She’s done a great job looking after our 4 yo Labrador while we were away for a week. She kept me posted, sent regular pictures and videos and best of all, she even helped training her and improved her recall massively within such a short period of time!
