“I have been using Active Pet for the last 4 years both with my Labrador Retriever and Coonhound Cross, both of whom have had complex joint issues. Phillipa has been amazing and has made a huge positive impact on their quality of life in their later years. They are always happy to arrive and trot in for what we refer to as ‘spa day’. I would highly recommend her. Treatments have included hydrotherapy and laser therapy and a little incentivised homework of course.”

It’s not just a visit to feed and scoop the litter tray but time spent with your pet and interaction in line with their preferences. The regular updates let me know my boy is OK while we are gone. “We've just had our first 1 to 1 with Jo, she is a fantastic trainer and a lovely person, the session and follow up is great value as Jo packs a lot in. I feel much more confident that I can get Teddy to walk better and behave around people and other dogs, we'll be attending other classes too. The unit at Outward Hound is spacious and safe and perfect for training, Jo is very, very knowledgeable. I highly recommend you get the life skills book from Jo as it gives you something to work towards, it's a very professionally made booklet and a bargain price. I would like to thank you for a delightful 11 days that I have spent with your goodselves whilst Fair Maiden Trisha has taken the waters of the land called Ang-le-sea. (Alas, she still has not sighted any dragons.) I am "chillaxed" as the young humans say, fully rested from my battle training and I am looking forward to the next time we meet. Good food, good company to joust with and the full attention of you, Sir Craig and the lovely Lady Vicki. I shall bid you adieu until we meet again and hand you to My Fair Maiden Trisha. Radley is purring up a storm and totally relaxed, as always when he comes home. I have no worries while I'm away about Radley's welfare. I know after my own, he is in the best and safest hands. “Great place for your pets to go whilst you are away. The owner, Meg lives and breaths her charges. We've booked out cat Wellington in for two stays this year and another in Jan 2024. Pre booking visits are actively encouraged so you can have a look round before booking.”

“Great experience with Wirral Small Pet Hotel - We have 2 very young Guinea pigs and they were well taken care of whilst we went on holiday for a week. We loved seeing photo updates. We will definitely use again next time we go on holiday.”

“We have been taking our border collie to Kirsty every week (for daycare) since October 2023, and our dog absolutely loves it! Kirsty is professional, experienced and passionate about working with dogs. Shes taken the time to build a good relationship with our dog and learn all his personality and little quirks. She is so attentive and caring, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for doggy daycare/boarding. It’s great peace of mind knowing that your dog is in a happy, safe place while you’re away!”

“I would highly recommend We Love Pets - West Lancs to look after your pets. Helen spent time getting to know us as a family and our dog and his needs. Helen placed us with Heather to look after our dog, she looked after Eddie as if he was her own. She updated us regularly with photos and videos. This completely put our mind at rest whilst away. We Love Pets were professional from start to finish and I would not want to use anyone else for pet boarding.”
