Vicky is amazing with him - very knowledgable, helping with training etc. You can tell that she really loves dogs. If she is ever unavailable, she arranges for her colleague Sladja to come instead - who is equally as great. I especially love the flexibility that Pet Sanctuary are able to provide - regularly fitting around my schedule, often dropping Hamish off late without any hesitation. “First come across Pete after somebody recommending him to me as he is mainly a Pet transporter after I got my first pup and other taxi firms frowned upon it. Quick speedy pick up and got us to our destination quickly whilst making us feel at ease. Nothing is too much bother and he is a genuine lovely man who provides a personal service as he remembers you and your furry friend(s) .Another time I needed Pete to take me to the vets, he unfortunately wasn't available but sorted me a Taxi out with one of his friends at a different firm that didn't mind transporting dogs. Love Pete and will always use him! Highly recommend.”

“Absolutely love this little local gem! I popped in with my dog and was impressed by the wide variety of treats and essential supplies they offer. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and gave me some great advice for my teething pup. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly — my dog felt right at home and now gets excited every time we go, mostly for the treats, of course! Highly recommend for any pet owner!!!
