“Chelsey was very friendly and seemed really invested in the welfare of our two guinea pigs, asking lots of questions about their likes and dislikes, as well as their behaviour. She did a great job cutting their nails and they seemed quite content when I picked them up. It was also nice to see photos of them on Facebook while we were away. Will definitely return!”

“Our cat has stayed at Lovi Pet Hotel twice in the last two months. He was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease in February and we’d already booked two holidays so we knew he’d have to go to a cattery. We spoke to Maria and arranged a visit and were very impressed so Sid was booked in for his holiday. It was the first time Sid had been away from home and Lovi Pet looked after him so well. They managed his medicine and ensured he settled in. The cameras are fantastic to check how he was and it was really reassuring to see him relaxed and at ease. I thoroughly recommend Lovi Pet Hotel to really look after your cats - an outstanding cattery who really love cats. Thank you.”

“Highly recommend these kennels. I have an elderly pug and a young boxer who both enjoy their stay here. I like that they are let out to play with other dogs at least twice a day which I feel is important to the dogs mental health. They are always happy when dropped off and when they are collected. Paula and her staff are friendly and helpful.”

“Natalie has been walking Stella since she’s been old enough to go for walks, and did puppy visits before that. She’s helped with training, socialising and so much more! We know our girl is in the safest of hands with Natalie, and judging from the pictures and how tired she is when she gets home, she has a great time too! The Pet Care company are friendly, flexible, reliable, and love your pet as much as you do, cannot recommend them enough. We’d be lost without Natalie!”

“Mandi has been walking our dog 3 times a week for 6 months now and we couldn’t recommend her enough. Mandi is absolutely fantastic with our dog, he adores her and is so happy when she knocks at the door. Mandi has built a careful bond with our dog and she has been so understanding about his needs to be solo walked and any other needs that he has. She is so kind and has never let us down in 6 months. She is just a fantastic person and any dog is lucky to be walked by her.”

“Angela does an amazing job with our dog, Yarra comes back exhausted but very happy! Every time Angela or Jai come to pick her up she is always so excited to go with them and it's easy to see how much she loves them. They have also definitely improved her ability to walk on a lead (used to be pretty much impossible) and her socialisation with other dogs. Thank you so much for looking after her so well.”

“We've asked Simeon at Fluffies to cat-sit twice now. Our cat can be a bit of a diva and overly sensitive to change but once he knew what was what with Simeon all was fine. We met Simeon prior to our first booking and he obviously loves cats, so we felt comfortable with our choice. He has also put out/collected our bins and mail for us which helps to make your house look less vacant. His prices are exceptionally reasonable and we have been able to book him at short notice (although obviously try to book in advance if you can). Receiving updates and pics via WhatsApp every day really helps reassure you, especially if you overly worry about your pet.”

“Kimberley, Paige and Bex are fantastic! Our Rhodesian Ridgeback Cali joined Spot and Boo 3 weeks ago and she absolutely loves walking with the girls and other canine friends. Kimberley was very professional and helpful during our initial meeting and I cannot recommend Spot and Boo enough!”

“Amanda looked after my mother-in-law’s cat while she was away visiting her daughter. It was a very last minute request but Amanda came to do a home visit the very next day and immediately reassured us. Sasha was taken good care of and it was good to know she was in safe hands. “I’ve been buying raw dog food from Blu’s for around 5 years. They are competitively priced and offer an extensive range of meats. The staff are super helpful and friendly and will go out of their way to help if I’ve forgotten to order on time! They also have a great range of dried treats suitable for all sizes which is great for me! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“Wow.....Petals Pet Boarding are FANTASTIC!! Our two bunnies just had an 11 day stay and they've had a brilliant time! The facilities are great and the place is so clean and well maintained. We've had loads of video and photo updates during their stay to let us know they were okay which was lovely. These guys really care about your pets and I would recommend anyone to use them.. . “Sue was incredibly accommodating for when I was booking my two bunnies for their stay. She kept in contact throughout and even sent me photos of them while I was away for the week. It put my mind at ease and I felt happy that they were being looked after by someone who is highly experienced in rabbit health and their special care. Bertie and Bella looked happy and healthy and probably enjoyed being spoiled for the whole week! 100% recommend Happy Hoppers for anyone in the area who needs their bunnies to be looked after.”

We have been using his services for 2 years now, and i can confidently say that he is a highly skilled and compassionate groomer who genuinely puts the wellbeing of your dog first. “WOW! If i could give 20 stars i would! After waiting two weeks, our incredibly nervous dog being muzzled, my partner and i not allowed in the room and shaved all over with no results at a popular vets, Sam was absolutely amazing! Got us in the same day, she did everything to relax our dog and it worked, i really have never seen Klara so chilled in any situation with someone she has never met. No shaving. Sam was so thorough and knowledgeable, showing us all the heart beats and where the puppies are positioned. Knowing that this is the first litter and i am nervous myself, she even managed to calm me and gave great tips! Having three female dogs, i will never go anywhere else. I cannot thank her enough! Do not waste money at any vets, go straight here!”
