“Fe is amazing, my 2 elderly dogs (both 13 years old) took to her immediately and could recognise her kind spirit. They now have a new spring in their steps and enjoy every walk, even in the rain. They enjoy lots of cuddles too. Fe always lets me know how they have been on their walks which is a great comfort to me, particularly as one of my dogs has a number of health problems. It's so good to know that they are cared for by Fe, thanks so much”

“An amazing service. I was very nervous leaving my cat while I went away but after I met Angela in the pre house visit I was put at ease. It is clear how much she loves animals and my usually timid cat went to her straight away...even climbed on her back. My cat was taking medication which was no problem for Angela and they sent me daily updates including pictures. I would not trust any other company to look after my girl! A***”

“I booked 4 weeks 1-2-1 puppy training with Marion and it’s the best thing I could have done for my puppy Forrest. He’s learned so much in this time and loved every minute with Marion. She helped me with any questions I had and is such a lovely, kind woman to work with. I will be booking more sessions with her soon when we can get out walks as her knowledge has been invaluable and can’t wait to work with her again.”

“Bryan and his team have been doing puppy visits for our golden retriever Banjo since he was just 11 weeks old whilst we are at work. So far they have been absolutely brilliant and Banjo seems very happy and comfortable with everyone. They all take great care of him, provide us with lots of photo updates and even go the extra mile by adhering to our weird and wonderful requests like putting scrambled eggs in his kibble! My partner and I have complete peace of mind whilst we are at work and we know our puppy is in great hands. “I popped into LPH Pet Supplies just before closing, hoping they’d have some paint I needed for a project due the next morning. The gentleman working there was incredibly patient and helpful, even though my shop extended into after hours. He took the time to walk me through the store, showing me different options and making sure I had everything I needed for my project. You simply don’t find this kind of service or dedication to customers anymore. This shop is a gem, with a selection that goes beyond pet supplies—they also carry homeware, DIY essentials, and more. It’s a much more personal and enjoyable experience than going to a large chain like B&Q, and if there’s something you’re looking for that’s not in stock, they’ll special order it for you. “Love Cats has a great service. For a reasonable price they actually spend time with your cat - it's not just food in a bowl and go. We get pictures and updates that make it easier to feel OK about leaving your cat behind. Sue is fabulous, she's a total pro and a lovely person. When she's been unavailable the service has set us up with other people who have also been great. Fully recommend.”

“I’ve just had Mobile Pet Vaccination Service Ltd at my home to medicate my 3 small Bichon’s. Rosi and Galina were on time, smart, brought everything needed and the dogs loved them. No shivering anxious waiting in a vet clinic. They were cuddled, vaccinated and went off to play straight after. Highly recommended and they cover a wide area. (I asked as I’m moving from near Harrow out to beyond Wokingham.). They also can prescriptions for regular worming, tick/flea meds and these are now easily dispensed over the internet. I’m very impressed and will be continuing to use their services. (They also advise and carry out travel vaccines for your cats and dogs.)”

“Sadly my poor Dachshund Otis had to have surgery for IVDD. We are so fortunate to live so close to The Pet and Health Therapy in Welling, a ten minute ride away. Geoff has been looking after Otis since he as able to retrieve treatment, Physio and Laser at home, and now just started Hydrotherapy at the centre. Geoff is so knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with complex animal injuries, and it has been an absolute pleasure to see my Otis improving over time. Keep up the great work guys.”

“We’ve been visiting the shop for roughly about two years now, and each visit has always been amazing. Jordan’s incredibly knowledgeable about all of the animals he stocks, and is always on hand to offer that knowledge as well as advice. We popped in today as I was going to get another jumping spider anyway, but my mum also wanted to get a mantis. Jordan was brilliant when it came to advice for what species she should get as her first mantis, and we left with a lovely little spiny flower. Thank you!! ps. Snoopy loved the treats you kindly sent us away with, he had one when we got back and he was a very happy boy!”

“Absolutely love Chris. My little girl Skye loves him so much and it’s very clear he loves her too and it’s not just a job to him. She’s so excited when he comes to pick her up and I’ve seen her in person out on a walk with him and her friends and she’s a completely different dog. She’s confident and in her own little world. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with her. The daily emails after a walk with pictures of the walk make me smile. I love seeing her having the time of life. She’s a tiny dog and can be nervous at times with other dogs, but size doesn’t bother her when out with Chris. He’s done amazing to boost her confidence and I really couldn’t ask for anything better. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone”

“Emily has been doing drop ins and walks with our Labrador for over a year, since he was an 8 week puppy, and we have no idea what we’d do without her! He is always so happy to see her when she comes through the door and we feel 100% confident that he’s cared for and safe whenever he’s with her. We love the detailed reports and photos we get after each visit or walk too! He wouldn’t be the dog he is today without Emily so we couldn’t recommend highly enough!”
